It’s fun to go along with you guys on your shopping trips. My husband and I shop together and we have fun. We do Costco, sprouts, Trader Joe’s, and Kroger too.

Wow!! Lex is graduating!.It seems like this is happening so fast but CONGRATULATIONS!!! I wish we had a Costco like yours, we do not get Tofu but I still will troll the frozen aisle for it. Tim's complexion looks soo rosy. He looks healthy just like you did when you started your weight loss. You look thinner, waiting to see your progress so far you still look robust. I am going to try and do photos and videos but I am actually on the field with the students and will be handing them their diplomas. With Lexx and I being the videographer and photographers in the family, that leaves no one to do any video or photos. So let's see what happens.

I have a costco membership and live in a tiny 750 sq ft home. I have a hard time making my membership worthwhile. I need a second fridge and a storage shed or garage. Lol
I’m not a vegan but I love you guys ♥️I did try vegan because of y’all but I gained weight eating potatoes and beans lol. Great video 🥰
I have changed the way I eat to be a lot less carb centric and a lot more low calorie with higher protein.
So many shopping opportunities! Costco reminds me of French hypermarkets we used to go to on the ferry in the 90s, sounds really sad now I think of it - but it was a craze at the time. Anyway, I wish we had the natural grocer store here, looks really nice, I've noticed a shrinkage of fresh offerings in my local supermarkets, a lot less choice, though still pretty good and definitely not a food desert. Especially with 'pick your own' rolling out right now, with asparagus at full swing and tasting delicious. I'll be thinking of you all through Lexx's graduation, hope everything goes well.
I just wish there were more people in Natural Grocers. One day we are going to visit Europe and have you show us around Oxford!

Did I hear you correctly when you were talking about the pine nut hummus that “It’s not oil free which doesn’t really matter to us.”? Are you eating products with oil now?
We are no longer worrying about oil. If we need to use spray oil or something, we do it. We have moved past that to being more concerned with calories being taken in and where they come from. So we still dont use oil in foods but its not the focus of our meals anymore. I have moved past Starch Solution.
