      heres an idea for ya, run the container under hot water for a few before you use the Creami, or maybe do a run on 1 creamaccino, then run it under, then run it again, and a respin to top it off almost makes it like soft serve.
      I got a bunch of ideas for it!

    I have started eating once a day. I am 77 lost 35 pound when I first went plant based but have not been able to lose more. I am a foodaholic and once I start eating in the day, I can't stop. So only have been doing this for a week. Feeling good and not feeling hungry.. I just find it easier to just not eat. I know this is not for everyone but have heard that intermittent fasting is good for the body. will probably not do it forever but just trying for 21 days. Everyone has to find their own way because we are all different. Love Joey and Tim

      I eat twice a day my first meal is breakfast between 6:30am -7:30am and dinner/lunch combined between 3-4pm.

    Had to pause after only a few minutes to say you appear to have lost weight in your trunk and look fantastic.
    While I have never commented on the body shape, condition or weight on anyone’s content, as this is what I know you are working towards I thought it important to give honest, positive feedback. Especially given it is not always easy to see changes in our own physique as we work towards weight loss and muscle building.

    10:53 I absolutely love the tofu scramble recipe! I’ve made tofu scramble before, but I had never added milk, and I’m surprised at how it makes the texture, so fluffy and creamy, amazing! I did not have the sausage product in my kitchen, so I made some sausage crumbles using a half a cup of hydrated, TVP, seasoned with soy sauce, smoked paprika, onion, and garlic powder, and a little bit of crushed fennel. Delicious!

    Gained weight on Starch Solution.. I was alway eating…Now that I’m focused on protein numbers the weight is falling off.. I Did eat animal protein but now I’m working on High protein PlantBased.. Thanks for your videos..

    High Protein Pancakes for the WIN!! I made these pancakes for dinner tonight and I had to drop in and tell anyone reading this how fantastic they are. These pancakes crushed my sweet craving and bread cravings. I made a double batch and the recipe doubles well. I have 3 more servings of pancakes waiting for me over the next couple of days. These pancakes are very filling as well. A+ on your report card, sir.

    Love 🥰 the video and recipes Joey & Tim. I always make sure I have a breakfast that contains protein and usually for dinner the meal/recipe will involve lentils, beans, wholewheat pasta or brown rice so for example if it is a curry there will be a protein source in the curry before I serve it with the brown rice (occasionally i will eat red rice, black wild rice). Love ❤ & Joey ❤ Tim.

As for diet I am polar opposite as I am carnivore however I was curious how you get enough protein in a vegan diet and you truly impressed me. All vegans should watch this and take note.

    Very enlightening to see you and so many commenters having the same issue. Muscle loss. I’m actually not a fan of Starch Solution. Gained weight. Did like he said and cut way down on the starch and increased the greens and non starch. Ended up cutting calories so much to keep weight going down I noticed my muscles had disappeared. Actually was weaker. This was the 5 alarm warning ‼️ Gotta get more protein.

    Another terrific video! These meals look amazing and that ice cream looks so good!, could you freeze the mixture and then blend or food process it to make it smooth? I love that you show how to do lower calories, but higher protein, with dessert! I like to have dessert and a snack during the day! Earthchimp is my favorite protein powder!,

    But the best part of the video for me is that you explained the TARE feature on the food scale. Yes I should have read my manual lol but no other UA-camr actually stopped to explained this step, the just did it. I was measuring my dishes and doing all this math to figure out what my food actually was. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

    Love your channel! Pro tip for the Ninja creamy. If you want a harder ice cream, dont at the milk. It will get creamy on it's own. Thanks for sharing.

    Ninja creami is fun, I got mine over the summer (when it was mostly sold out 🙄). Mine is a little bit different model from yours, but I only have to re spin 1x. I’ll add a little bit more plant milk on the 2nd round, I don’t need to add it on the 1st. Also I read you should let it thaw for like 10 min or so before the first spin. But I haven’t tried that yet. You do have to freeze the container over night and make sure the top is flat! But if you get a few canisters you can have a few options, but I don’t have the space for that, so I only have 2 containers, which is enough for me and my spouse. Love it! -Looking forward to recipes on the creami (vegan protein packed ones)! I see a lot of regular protein recipes, but not many vegan ones. Best
    *didn’t know this about the zulay frother, mine dropped on the floor and just stopped working and I got rid of it, bummer! Going with the Nano next time.

    Have you tried the new Trader Joe's Meatless Breakfast Sausage? I like Fieldroast, but it's so oily. This day's menu is kinda low on veggies for my taste, I've got to have whole food and green stuff with each meal, but definitely giving me ideas. Thank you.

    My cholesterol is through the roof (I AM vegan) so I love this instead of fasting ! I have eliminated sat fat but never thought of upping my protein and still losing weight! T Y !

      I had to learn that. Protein powder is the lowest cost per calorie for what it gives you in protein. I still want to add more whole foods but the powder has a place in my diet for sure. Thanks for commenting and guiding me.

    This is fantastic!! I have been wfpb for 2 years and while my health issues have gone into remission, I’m not as strong/toned and my joints are increasingly achy. I wonder if this is why? My heart is a muscle, and I’ve done too much work trying to save it only to risk having muscle loss undo my progress. This is definitely something I’ll be looking into with further research.👍🏼 Thank you for sharing!

    Wow, Joey! I haven't had pancakes without guilt in years! I'm diagnosed with DMII and all the sugar doesn't work for me. I'm in a food coma. But, these pancakes; the whole grains, the protein, the low-fat. Thank you! 😊

    I have the 7 in 1 Creami. I don’t add more liquid, just spin a few times to get a scoopable ice cream texture.

    So happy for you both that you are getting to your goals. You both look dynamite! Hubbie & I also need to up our protein so red lentil pasta, chick peas pasta and edamame pasta have helped. Also trying desserts like chocolate chickpea brownies and chocolate black bean brownies. We feel like we're on the journey with ewe's guys!😊

    I bought that PB2 a while ago and then couldn’t remember why I bought it. I didn’t know what to do with it and so it has been sitting in the cupboard. I’m loving the fact that you guys use this stuff because now I have ideas on how to use it.

    I can Definitely tell you both are much slimmer! I want an ice cream maker too, but I think I want the little Costco blender first. I use my little bullet blender but it gets bogged down sometimes, do you think I’ll be happier with the Costco blender than my bullet? I think for all your recipes I’d throw in more veggies, I love lots of zucchini, broccoli, cabbage. Will the extra veggies add too many carbs? I really don’t need to lose weight, just maintaining 122 pounds/ 5’5” .
