I'm a bit late to comment, but I just have to admire how brilliant this setlist is. Jam packed with their most well known material, nicely balanced by so many fantastic deep cuts. Performed perfectly as well, if this had better audio I'd say it's the only show I'd need (I'd be missing Home Again and Good For Your Soul, but shhhhh).
Thanks for posting this. I saw one of these three shows I believe it was. Boingo at the Palace was a great venue being small and accessible. The Palladium shows weren't bad, either. I met Danny Elfman at one of those.
Well, I was like 19 and quite immature. A friend had passes to go up to the balcony where they were all there. I said something like, "You are like a god to me," and he just smirked and barely shook hands with me. Now, at 55, I sure wish I just could have smiled and been simply appreciative, but was too young to talk normal. He was sweaty as can be in the wife-beater tank top an suspenders with baggy pants more interested in talking shop with the others involved in the production. Seemed like just a regular guy who did not need to be put on a pedestal. That's all I guess. @rlimtrappedinthetestube

6:16 I love whenever they decide to do the slow guitar lead-in for who do you want to be, its so cool
Yes! Quintessential Boingo phrasing and chord structures.
I feel this will be the closest we'll get to a Halloween '85 show
