I feel like this song just amplifies the underlying vibrations of the universe. I well up every time with the connection it creates internally. Happy to see I’m not the only one.
No you’re not dreaming or overdoing it in any way, lol. They are just that ridiculously good. I saw them live for the first time in 98 when I was 18-19 and they changed my perception of what music could mean to me. All music, not just theirs. But they touched my soul at a perfectly vulnerable time in my life and that feeling has never gone away. Never thought I’d find myself describing anything in the vast genre of metal or whatever it is as, “beautiful”. But that’s what it is to me. ✌️
You do such a great job of putting into words the feelings created by this amazing musical composition. There's just nothing else like it. I'm a big Tool fan and Pneuma is one of my all-time favorites. If you haven't yet heard Descending (from the same album), prepare to experience these same feelings again. It's another incredible track.
@@ThomFoolery1 the long videos are what makes you better then most reactions. The Tool Army knows the songs, we just watch to see people ride the spiral, living vicariously through you. It’s addicting to the Tool Army
Hello from your french friend!! So glad to find you back on this song that i just ADORE! And very happy to know i will see you being mesmerized by the live version! See ya mate!
The whole Fear 22:19 album is musical journey. I listen to it every time I feel life is a little too crazy and at the end of listening to the whole album I feel grounded again. Amazing group. Going to see them for the first time later this year. I can’t wait. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!!
WOW! Lemme tell u my friend......I think wat u said about it being "A wonderful time 2b alive n around w/these guys." Man I just LOVED that! That is a moment in time I shall remember wen watching u react to more TOOL songs. Plus the fact of yr admitted tears n chills. It IS a beautiful thg 2 hv music give us these feelings n delicious flavors in their catalog of songs. Not oall of us r lucky enuf 2 get those feelings from music. Yet TOOL has been able 2 do that to a few of those ppl as well. Thats just 1 of the reasons that makes TOOL musical geniuses!! See u on the nxt 1. Had 2 sub u 4 that! I cant believe i didnt sub u b4 from yr NIGHTWISH reactions.....I THINK I DID??? Which reminds me.....wheres yr friend Craig was it??? Bring him back once n a while wud b nice.....luv yr reactions.
Ramble on, man! Its genuine, emotive, and interesting. Glad you're getting to dive into Tool. They know how to create temporary realities sonically. Warlocks I tell ya. If you feel uniquely energized about life after this song, Tool succeeded with this song.
I knew you will love it 😉 And there is in my opinion a really hidden Gem on this Album: Culling Voices. A song with neverending buildup and really powerful riffs at the end...
Danny's drumsticks look like hummingbird wings in his hands. ✌️
I love seeing people pop their clog over the first set of fills. Because knowing what's coming, I just think "just you wait"

Have you ever heard of Georges Lemaître?

beautifully described. And I know exactly what you mean.
I love this! Thanks for sharing.
Yes yes yes, all the Tool 🌀🤘
The mystery instrument in question is called a tabla (played as a sample on an electronic pad)
“Spiral Out Keep Going”

Thanks a lot! I'm stoked to dive deeper
Indeed! 😁
Hands down my favorite Tool song. Love it!
They're not just four people playing instruments. They're tool.
Love your reactions with Tool, I’ve rewatched them at least 3 times and have been wanting you to revisit them. Can’t wait for more
Those are long videos too! Thanks so much, I really appreciate that. I'll try and get back to them soon! 😃

Bonjour Maxime! Ca va? Merci d'avoir regardé 🤘
I go to a lot of Tool shows and I probably only see about 50% cuz I’m closing my eyes. It’s like a reflex or something

Oh it's definitely polyrhythm. Danny is playing a different time signature with each limb at that point
their last few records are quite shamanistic and earthbound.

Can't wait to see you reacr to The Grudge, Right in Two and Invincible haha
Id love to see your reaction to The Grudge, both for the famous scream and for the famous danny explosion.
Most excellent!! Can't wait for more Tool on this channel!!
🌀🌀🌀 Spiral out, keep going...
Watch Danny do it live. He is the definition of excellence
I hope you listen to the rest of this album, especially Descending and Invincible!
A great Tool reaction, we all felt the same way on our first listen. Subbing for more Tool reactions from you my friend. Welcome to the Tool Army 🤘🏻🌀
Cheers Ted! 🤘
