How does that make any difference in whether or not Garcia murdered Markel...It seems like he just asks questions to hear his own voice, since they have nothing to do with defending his client.

And he keeps mentioning them to intimidate this witness/informant by reminding him what the consequences are for testifying against his client aka another Latin king...And to make him appear to be breaking the so-called king of silence code. He does something similar to this with every witness even if they are not a king. His defense is so3rd grade and is probably affiliated with the gang himself. The judge knows his tactics are and is using intimidation that is why the judge is telling him to stop repeating and asking the same questions. Judge recognizes his bullying strategies.

Interesting question: if he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia? Answer: yes. Are there any medical reports in court? Beginning at min 21 there was an interesting questioning. Rivera answered always Yes. Your plan was to kill Dan Markel that day? You were not sure if this is gonna happen? You indicated you didn't want to be involved in the killing? And Mr. Garcia wanted you to be the shooter in this case? A: correct. And as result of that you were paid 35000 in the end 37000 (he didn't ask why 2k more)? As you testified yesterday you didn't do the job you were hired for (shooting) you simply were de chauffeur (driver)? A: yes, correct sir. This questions were total against the interests of the defendant Garcia and in the sense of the plea deal! Such a dumb stupid lawyer! Not well prepared. He doesn't know what's relevant. He repeated for the jury that Rivera didn't shoot and Garcia was therefore the killer. Afterwards he asks the same things about medication, bipolar disorder, .... incredible. What's the diagnosis of the lawyer? His further questioning of Luis Rivera also charges Katy Magbanua a lot. Questioned 2 times if he sold drugs to Charly Adelson, 2 times objection sustained! At the end he asks again about the shooting, nothing new. Judge stopped and asks if the cross examination can be ended. Lawyer goes through his papers. How embarrassing!

So funny, Garcia's lawyer asks Rivera if he was on prescription medication at the time of the trip to Tallahassee after he already admitting to be on cocaine and alcohol the whole trip, as if prescription meds would have made any difference at that point. Where does he come up with such irrelevant questions. And then he asks him how many times he's done cocaine after he already told him he been on cocaine since he was 15. How does that make any difference in whether or not Garcia murdered Markel...It seems like he just asks questions to hear his own voice, since they have nothing to do with defending his client.

All clichés aside this is the true definition of a poker face; no facial expressions,same tone of voice, no emotion, same body language all throughout. I’ve hung out with these kind of people & they’re the ones I know to keeep an eye out and ear out for. I believe in some older books they’re described as snakes. Weather you want to take metaphorically or literal. You don’t fear these people nor ignore, just respect their presence and when you talk to them it’s directly at close range, making aye contact. And he keeps mentioning them to intimidate this witness/informant by reminding him what the consequences are for testifying against his client aka another Latin king...And to make him appear to be breaking the so-called king of silence code. He does something similar to this with every witness even if they are not a king. His defense is so3rd grade and is probably affiliated with the gang himself. The judge knows his tactics are and is using intimidation that is why the judge is telling him to stop repeating and asking the same questions. Judge recognizes his bullying strategies.

Interesting question: if he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder or schizophrenia? Answer: yes. Are there any medical reports in court? Beginning at min 21 there was an interesting questioning. Rivera answered always Yes. Your plan was to kill Dan Markel that day? You were not sure if this is gonna happen? You indicated you didn't want to be involved in the killing? And Mr. Garcia wanted you to be the shooter in this case? A: correct. And as result of that you were paid 35000 in the end 37000 (he didn't ask why 2k more)? As you testified yesterday you didn't do the job you were hired for (shooting) you simply were de chauffeur (driver)? A: yes, correct sir.
This questions were total against the interests of the defendant Garcia and in the sense of the plea deal!
