Respect for producing such a quality video in such a challenging location! And Madaleine's climbing and openness about the difficulty of the process is very impressive. All climbers have these redpoint struggles, but not many sponsored climbers are so open about them.
So inspirational! What a great example of "trying hard" on all fronts - from the effort of the climbing, the projecting, the teamwork, the filming, and the mental and emotional journey in between all of that! I also loved that the film shows the "inner-journey" of such a proud send... not just the heroic moments, but the darker moments of fear, anxiety, frustration, and overcoming that. Well done Madeleine and Henna!!!
Love this video of all the processes involved, physical, mental, emotional, to get to the climax of sending such a big climb. Madaleine is an inspiration to climbers everywhere, especially female climbers. Excellent production of this video Henna - the videography and editing were impeccable.
Having just returned from a hike to Chasm lake (that ends just below the Diamond), this and the motivation of Madaleine create great inspiration for me.
Girl! You Rock! Wow! Ditto the openess. I am just a dubber thinking about the 11b at my local crag. But Madaleine is thinking about her project the way I am thinking about mine. I am not alone!!! Very cool video. Very cool person.
This and "China Doll" are great climbing vids by women who climb hard, who let us see the dark places they sometimes have to fight out of, and who let us share in their ability to overcome adversity

Breaking the last 5.13 into two is totally legit as long as you broke it at a stance. I don't think it puts an asterisk on the ascent at all.
