Yeah, I was a bit shocked, but his palette is so good and of course it needed the whole bar of chocolate finished off not just 30 gms! We've had to make it another time and taste test just to prove he was right!!

It was a predicament until I snapped out of the game and found my Adult! The traybake recipe is all written out under 'show more' in the episode's notes or you could google Waitrose Chocolate and Salted Caramel traybake. Mum had it today with cream with a spoon of the caramel sauce heated together. She took two pieces home!

Oh your mom! She has had an interesting life. I know little about math and even less about betting. Recently the Kentucky Derby race was run and the long shot won. I have no idea what that means to anyone who bet on that horse. Can your mom tell us? Or was that not part of what she would have known about for her job?
Well Tina, I'm guessing that the long shot was the horse least expected to win which means if you put £1 on you would get a great deal of money. Yup, she would have known about that. It tickles me that she entered that world, just quietly sorting the money out. Very different to todays betting world.
