    You have no idea how hard it was to speak to shopkeepers, or even the Miele support line... and your videos have answered my technical questions better than any of them! Thank you for making these, and if I lived in the US, I would have come to buy from you.
    Amazing channel... Helping everyone worldwide!

    Thank you!!!! This helped me a lot. I inherited a Miele Delphi 300 and didn't know whether I should upgrade to a Heap 50 and you explained that I need to stick to the Hepa 30 and that I shouldn't have both the paper and Hepa filter in at the same time. Oooops... I thought the double filter would make it better. I removed the exhaust filter!

    What is that black filter thing above the SF-HA50 'on the actual door'. Its about 2-3 cm in thickness and fluffy. Is that supposed to remain in the vacuum?
    I have never noticed it and have had my vacuum for a couple of years.

    • @vacuumwarehouse

      Hi DeeDee. That is an extra exhaust filter which does not get replaced throughout the life of the vacuum. All bag models have them.

    Hello! I am trying to find the Black filter just above the Hepa filter. Which one is that and do you sell it?

      Hi. I don't think you would actually find that black filter as readily. It could be ordered through a dealer but I dont think it would be something you could buy off the shelf.

    I ordered the 50 by mistake and can't return the filters. My vacuum cleaner is C1. Can I make it fit by adding a tab?

    I know that the HEPA filter is changed once a year or when the replace bar is completely red but how often do you change the Air Clean Filter?

    • @vacuumwarehouse
      @vacuumwarehouse  3 місяці тому +1

      Once a year or every 4 bags as per Miele

    What’s the difference between these two filters? I know that one stops odours but in terms of performance of filtering out dust/ microns - which is better?

    • @vacuumwarehouse
      @vacuumwarehouse  Місяць тому

      The HEPA filter is meant to deal with dust/microns. The Charcoal is meant for odours

    Hi, If i dont use vacuum, timestrip will still go up ?

    • @vacuumwarehouse
      @vacuumwarehouse  2 роки тому +2

      Yes, the strip is time bound rather than usage bound. So if you havent used the vacuum as much, just keep an eye out on the filter, take it out once in a while to make sure its not clogged up with dirt or anything.

      @@vacuumwarehouse Thank you for answer. I changed my first filter even though I didn't use it much. I probably changed too soon. I will pay attention next time and i will probably use it for more than a year this time.

    Is the extra cost of the SF-HA50 over the Active Airclean filter SF-AA50 worth it ?

    • @vacuumwarehouse
      @vacuumwarehouse  Місяць тому

      only if you have allergies, asthma, or excessive dust around the house.

  • @chadmikkelsen1224
    @chadmikkelsen1224 4 роки тому

    It should actually be 99.95% down to 0.1 micron NOT 0.3 microns...this filter is both more efficient and effective than nearly all North American vacuums, including those with the best HEPA filtration on this side of the planet.
