I have the black one it’s a good vac but for me personally there are 2 downfalls.. First being the hepa filter does not last as long as it says it does and for a $60 replacement it’s quite pricey, Two the carpet head works well BUT terrible design because you can’t take it apart to clean so you have all this hair build up and you have to cut it out with scissors and rip it out but by bit which is really gross.

I have the original Triflex. Even that machine, as poorly reviewed as it is, has held up very well and functions perfectly with regular maintenance. I'm sure Miele has continued to perfect their design.

First off, I love how informative your videos are, amazing work helping us to make these tough decisions, you've helped me out a lot! Just a quick note about the audio in your videos, the voices, weather there are one or two microphones being used, are panned hard left and right, which likely isn't a big deal when viewing these videos on a phone or laptop, but when I use my headphones to watch it's fairly distracting to have all the audio in only one ear. Not being critical at all as I think what you're doing is awesome and is something that more companies should do if they knew how effective it was to market on UA-cam. Keep up the very informative and helpful product walk through vids! Thank you very much!!!

I just purchased this machine during Black Friday and enjoy using it. The only problem is how often you will have to empty the waste water tray. Making about 2-4 cups a day, I find myself having to empty the tray at least once to twice a day. Everything else is fantastic. You can set different parameters for the different drinks to suit your taste and cup sizes. And it is really SILENT compared to other machines I've tested.

I just want to say your reviews and presentations have been great. Hopefully you pick up in views. Keep it up man.

What the hell department store carries central vacuums??? Umm none of them. They are usually on display in true vacuum repair and sales store. But they are special order and professionally installed. Nothing you pick up at Costco and take home and plug in. lol

it seems you demoed it with the 'premium' kombi tool and for some odd reason Sebo makes a 'non premium' combination tool head and that is what ships with the E1 these days (November 2024)

The Henry xtra also has a higher capacity for dirt.
