Hi Dan ! Great video ! What brand of head bearings did you go with and where did you get special tool to press bearings in ? Thanks

Thanks Robert! Appreciate the kind comment. I always try to source SKF bearings….they are the best imo. The steering head bearing puller is from Motion Pro. Been using their stuff for yrs, with 100% satisfaction. You get what you pay for, and very worth it. Pays to have “the right tool for the job”

Dan- what were your symptoms of bad bearing? I have a new to me 2013, with just weird slow speed wobbly feeling when stopping. No other steering issues noted otherwise.

@@dennisblack6042 if bearings are going bad you will feel a noticeable “notchy “ feeling in while steering system with bike on a stand, while you move the bars back n forth. Bars should move on their own after the center mark(fall side to side on their own).
If you have that wobble while slowing down, could be bad brakes, unbalanced tire and maybe a bent rim. Hope this helps

Also check your steering head bolt as it could be loose.

Those bolts on the front end sure were tight.
