El scanner Citroen para inicializar el embrague pide apagar y encender el vehículo, y ¿Cómo va a encender si no está reconocida la caja de cambios?, y para ajustar la caja de cambio el primer paso que hace el scanner es mover el actuador de embrague. ??? El actuador de embrague fue reemplazado y la ECU de la caja de cambios fue reparada, el embrague fue probado externamente con 12V y la ECU fue probada también externamente en un banco de pruebas. ¿Cómo se puede inicializar todo de una, caja de cambios y actuador de embrague?. Helpme please.
Hello, My son has just go a C2 as his first car. I noticed that when you went to start the car after you put the battery in place, you tried to lower the window and it did not move. How did you solve that as the person we bought the car from said he had just changed the car battery and the window did not go down after either. Fuses all OK so definitely not that as the passenger side window goes down and it's on the same fuse. Would really appreciate any tips or help. Thanks
Hi Jason. In my case it was just the Eco mode. It shuts down the power to all non essential electrics. Once I put in a new battery, the gearbox initialization process worked and all electrics were restored. I’m not certain but I think your power window problem is a real electrical fault. Often this will be caused by the switch wearing out. See if you can swap the driver and passenger switches and see if the fault follows the switch. Good luck.
Hello, did you make any adjustments in the electronics after replacing the clutch? Because I changed the clutches today and after mounting the set when accelerating the clutch is in slip because the RPM flies upwards and the vehicle accelerates very slowly. Thanks for the reply. I’m pretty sure that in the process of getting the car started I did initiate the clutch/gear selector calibration. Also I did have the clutch actuator in pieces so I may have reset it in the process. Check out jimbutterworth.co.uk/5clutchactuator.htm

However, nowhere did I find a way to put the clutch activator back on and place it precisely without the help of the original adjustment tool. Did you put it in the same position as it was before disassembly, or did you move it a little away from the engine? Thanks

Not that I recall. Sometime the C clip can be troublesome.
