For a moment it seems that its the real deal and not a game, specially when the sun reflects on the tarmac and the cars! 15 stunning minutes of pure adrenaline, you sure have a fast pace! I´m still not quite used to the cockpit view in Le Mans Ultimate, specially on the Hypercars, but it sure is lovely to play the game like that, it adds an extra layer of realism. A very good video once more, thank you! :)

That's rF2 for you (LMU is pretty much a copy paste of that in a lot of areas). It simulates things like tyre flat spots and the wheel getting stiffer with the front loaded up, I don't think any other sim tried emulating. Only sim that truly feels "realistic" to me. Though it can feel terrible to drive depending on your car of choice.

@FedorBrickTop absolutely! It's still a work in progress, but it's already a good game😉 I recommend it.
@@ProjectSimRacing The FFB is interesting; I’d say very realistic. However, I only managed to complete one race in two hours. The long loading times and wait periods are just unbearable. It's likely that due to my safety rating in online mode, I was deliberately taken out by others. The graphics on ultra 4K leave much to be desired, definitely not up to 2024 standards. What's with the trend of making games like iRacing? This is why I keep returning to Forza Motorsport (which no one plays 😂).

As for multiplayer, that's why I tend to stick to single-player in my videos, fewer frustrations! 😆

i hope they continue to fine tune this title with patches and DLCs, and eventual add classic content.. GT40, 917k, C9, Mazda, CLK.. for an official title, they got the most legendary cars and eras to try to recreate.

Despite rF2's engine isn't a groundbreaking piece of tech, it captures the natural lighting & colors perfectly well, and can even rival that of more advanced game engines like Forza Engine (incl. Horizon & Motorsport 2023), and ACC (and now RENNSPORT)'s Unreal Engine imo.

I reckon they just sold allot of units from this video, still lots of work to be done. Having fun but now want more. Load times bad, graphics editing should be in game on the fly, controller native, graphics optimisation is a need.. ACC looks insane at the moment.. looking forward to more updates and improved overall.

In my opinion triple screens are far superior to one ultra wide monitor. You get a lot wider field of view, but of course, triples are not easy to run. You do need a very good PC for that😉
I really got to update my computer to play this game, mine looks like sh* and with terrible FPS 😭
(I have an RX 570, an i7 as cpu and it's on SSD...)

@@ProjectSimRacing They did not fix that for years in RF2. I made all the Dashboards for LMU from scratch (download in official Forum) but stoped working now. They will never fix this. Sadly.

I still have some issues, for example the indicators für light and wipers (upper left side) don't work.
Also the time-display für sector times only works within the first lap.

How are you mounting your camera? I'm using a chest harness and it always seems to be a fight to have everything lined up. Maybe patience is the key lol

Triple 55" are the perfect size in my opinion. Any bigger would be too much. 32" work too, as long as you seat a bit closer to them 🙂😉

Yes, I often rely on engine sound to time my gear shifts-old school, I know! 😁 However, I also have a tablet to the right of my steering wheel that runs SimHub, which displays all sorts of useful information during a race, including rev information😉
