That was a great video and covered alot.. thanks. I've had an issue with sleep maintenance insomnia for a while now from a bad drug reaction. I've tried soo many things.. so far only NMN I think maybe helping.. I haven't tried Aswagandha.. but maybe it might be time to give it a shot for a few months..
Thanks for the comment, Mike And Oh no, sorry to hear that. One thing that works wonders for my sleep is taking these one hour before bed: 600 mg of magnesium (combination type, I use Noordcode or BiOptimizers), 3g of glycine, and 0.3mg of prescription melatonin. Another thing we noticed with my husband about a year ago is that this Pukka tea knocks us both off. We started to call it the "knock-out tea" 😂 We drink it about hour or half hours before bed, and it's very effective: www.pukkaherbs.com/uk/en/products/relax-tea
Hi in that stressful time period, did you try to change the way you breath also? Why didnt you start with that, or did you? After longer time of using didnt you feel sleepy and unmotivated during the day?
Hey Inka - I've always been very intrigued by Ashwagandha and the praise it receives, I feel I would be a good candidate to take it and would greatly benefit but I'm always deterred by the few studies and anecdotes where people claim while it does reduce stress, insomnia, anxiety...etc. it does so by numbing you and making your nervous system essentially unreactive to all stimuli, negative or positive. So, I worry about not feeling joy, happiness, excitement at the expense of becoming more adapted to stress. Any insights or comments on this "dark side" of the adaptogen?
@@iaminkaland Reporting back - I've been taking 400 mg daily for the last 40 days and I am reaping massive benefits from this. Glad I decided to start the supplementation!
mam, what is your recommended ashwagandha supplement brand?

Very helpful, thank you! Have you tried Valerian Root? I don't take it, but have been researching...

Yes I’ve send these videos going viral. It can affect neurotransmitters but these effects sound a bit excessive
👍

@@The8lueSpirit Happy to hear this and thanks for reporting back. That's great!
People who have liver problems should be careful about the dosage.❤
Just another comment and a Like for the algo.
Stay shredded brahs (and brahettes), we're all gonna make it.
Peace.
