we've used ours a lot for at least 3 years, bought as soon as we saw ad on QVC for the first time, to replace our bowl type one. worked great for us, but just now starting to sometimes shut off before the timer says to, probably starting to wear out the elements. definitely feel we got our money's worth plus, but looking forward to getting to choose among the latest iteration of air fryers, whether from QVC, or who knows, the technology keeps improving.

My aunt gave me hers after only using it twice. That was a yr ago. My oven gave out on me and I cannot afford a grand gor a new one. Looks like this little box is gonna be my new friend in cooking.
Bought this Dec2019. After 1 month of use, the air fryer started acting up. It would randomly add more cook time by itself. Returned and replacement received 3weeks after. 2nd unit failed after first try/use. The air fryer wont start after using it once. Returned iand replaced again. 3rd unit straight out of the box did not even start. Power button is frozen, nothing you can press on touch panel. Returned and replaced again. 4th unit came, same thing out of the box error “E1” displayed on the touch panel. Returned last friday and waiting for my 5th unit to come. Today is 2/22/20. Customer service was helpful though. They said they will still honor the 60day money back guarantee even though i’m out of the 60fay window due to multiple unit failures. Crossing fingers that the 5th unit that would come will last
i love this air fryer. best $100 ive spent n awhile. i got this in december 19 its going strong in june 2020

Air fryer cooks great. BUT we would have never bought had we known how NOISY this thing is. It is somewhat interesting that you never see the demo live. You only see the results of cooked meals. Would not purchase again...

I want this thing so bad, it does a lot more than my other air fryers. The thing that "sold" me is that I can do a rotisserie chicken in 30 minutes, a lot faster than my other countertop convection oven. I also like the numerous other features of this item!!

I’m on week 2 with mine and did a rotisserie chicken last night. I’m sure it’ll be easier next time but it took 30 minutes to get it trussed and ready to go then closer to 45 minutes to cook. Also your chicken has to less then 4 pounds to fit properly so it was barely enough to feed my family of 4! The chicken was juicy and tender but it was a lot of work! Hope this helps!

I think the krinkles shoud be done in the rotisserie basket.
They don’t mention that you have to rotate the three pans because the top will burn and the bottom will be under cooked

I tried mine and the bottom dont cook as well as the top rack, and the top does start to burn the food faster. I dont know how he's cooking asparagus, potatoes, and steak at the same time. Plus dont you have to flip the meat in the middle of cooking?

Rotisserie arm isn’t long enough and it will stop spinning because it slips out of the gear.
I love the other stuff it does, but rotisserie part is JUNK.

I have seen others put the handle on upside down or lock on the metal clasp so it doesn't fall off. I found mine at nobodylower.com for $79.99 including shipping and no tax plus a 1 year warranty!

I tried to make fried okra didn't turn out so good.🤪so far not a fan. I will try some chicken from scratch and see how that works. I'm guessing this machine is for processed food which comes with oil built in .Such as chicken strips, french fries
meatballs breaded fish all stuff from a bag. Processed food.🙄
you just need to adjust your technique, you use a lot less oil eg; fried chicken milk flour seasoning try double breading and spray lightly with olive oil before frying, no dry spots
How big of a chicken can you put in it???? for the rotisserie?
I have seen reviews that say about a 4.5 chicken is the maximum size.
The rotisserie hasn’t worked on 2 I have had so far. This has lots of cool options but if the main part doesn’t work, whats the point!

The manufacturer is not reliable or helpful. I placed an order and they sent me the wrong items. I paid for the shipping. They wanted me to pay the return shipping for their mistake and I would need to pay shipping again to get what I originally ordered. Please keep in mine this issue was with the manufacturer. Not QVC

No such thing as Air frying. It is just a small fan oven. The biggest con of this century so far.
