When I saw the yarn on the YT notification, it made me gasp. It is so striking. Thank you for sharing how you do the transitions. I really like the subtle shading you created. This yarn is a work of art all in itself. And it is going to be amazing in a knitting project. harpingJanet
That was so cool! I spin quite a bit and I have a 3 “feet of sheep” tube of wool that I was going to blend with alpaca to make a light coloured rainbow sorta colourway… but I also have, I dunno, a quarter pound maybe(?) of black wool so I could do this instead!! Thanks for showing that cool blending trick! 👍😀
I took your advice and bought some Muc-Off lubricant to get the creaks out of my spinning wheel - worked like a charm! I’m thinking of trying it out on my knees 🤣.
I was wondering, as a newly, what a fractal 2 ply spin would look like if I added a solid color throughout in a 3 ply. This video helped! I like your videos.
