Aye Eddie ! eventful time right roon the loch thunderstorms .. bonny pitch in the end.Very handy getting the news about Roy bridge . All worked out with the private road trip .. Crianlarlich train 😃
What an adventure Eddie! Some beautiful scenery on the hike and the drive out. It has been hot and dry here too, we hit 91f two days ago, but this morning I took an early stroll and it was 48f so big swings in the weather. I've been setting up my hammock in the pines across from our place and read, I wish it was by the river but I am not up for that anymore, just glad to listen to the birds and watch the deer walk past. I'm glad things worked out for Matt and his medication and for you to get back for your father. Take care, Ossie
Always something happens Ossie. That storm was in middle of a very dry sunny spell. Glad you still making the best of things, thats all we can do. We having a rainy spell here now. I get out when i can but it isn't often. ATB to you and family.
Good to see the Scottish weather is not letting us down, just missing some snow and hail and you would have had the full package. Damn cleggs were bad at Loch Dochard three weeks ago, worse than the midges, and thats saying something because the midges were horrendous too. Bill.
The hostel looked to be really smart! Great to see the Scots wildcamper back in his natural habitat 😆. As I sit here in my conservatory the thunder and lightning 🌩 is ON. It is a wonderful spectacle to watch from a house, not so if your out on a wildcamp😮. Look after yourself Eddie and as always were already looking forward to your next film. 👍
Gods sake mate that's a trip you three wont forget in a hurry never a dull one eh? All things done Eddie it looked great right enough it is beautiful up there especially when you got the day 2 weather Loch Ossian at it's best 👍 The YH was brilliant in digging you 3 out of a dodgy situation of all of the places to be stuck mental mate!!!. Brilliant film mate nice to see you oot again while helping the wee Da oot hope he is keeping well Eddie 👍👍👍👍 Catch ye later big man, peter :))))
Looks like quite an eventful trip out camping bro, really good you guys got to the train ok. Getting plenty of slips here in NZ with all the rain we have had since last summer it seams to never stop. Roads and houses swept away with the slips here. Bridges washed away in severe flooding too. King tide tonight with the supermoon is worrying those on the east coast from here as more heavy rain is hitting them, be more evacuations again I am picking. Anyway I enjoyed seeing you out again so all the best. Safe travels. Ken Allen
Great video Eddie 😁..What an adventure for you guys😁..Such a beautiful area to hike in 😍Your Vlogs are top notch mate.😁👍..I don’t no if you realised your were doing it ..When you went past the fancy lodge after the sauna you said “Very nice very nice”..It was such a Head for the Hills line 😍👍..Top stuff mate 😁 Cheers Robert
Good to see the private road out via Strsth Ossian, biked this back in the 80s. Had Scotrail not arranged the taxi, you could have walked out via Peter's Rock and the Road to the Isles track back down to Rannoch, and the dial-a-bus to Kinloch Rannoch and then bus to Pitlochry, for next train south. You'd have needed an early start though to make it to KR for the last bus to Pit. I take it you had return train tickets so you did not have to pay for the taxi?
Hello Eddie. Well, after the rain , thunder, and land slide, you still managed to find a good camp spot. I enjoyed watching. Atb Steve 👍
Grand stuff Ed 👍🏕
Good stuff Ed, an eventful trip that one mate lol ..Good you got home in the end ..cheers Stevie
