Hey pjbuckmaster, thanks so much for the positive feedback! Glad you found the video helpful. This channel is still pretty new, our main channel is doing quite well. Thanks Joseph. I had been wanting a hoist since I was a kid in high school. Finally got one about 2 years ago now. Would have a hard time going back to working on stuff without one now. I'm lucky my shop has 14 ft ceilings so it fits very nicely.
Hey Flip Ja, thanks man. Sorry for the delayed response. Fell behind with responding to comments on this channel. Gotta try to do better keeping up, lol. Stoked you like the garage, it's one of my favorite places in the world to be, lol. The car getting ready for paint is a 1979 Datsun 280ZX. It's an awesome specimen, 60,000 original miles and the car spent most of its life int eh desert in New Mexico. Too many projects on the go at once, can't keep up with all of them, lol.
Great video. Though I disagree with you on which way those axle washers go in. Mine have always been cone out. That’s the way they were stock on my 2017 on all 4 corners and I have always put them back that way.
Never beat on a CV joint....You could cause tiny dents and chips that may be very small but will cut at your joint. A bearing is a bearing. Otherwise good job.

You need to get your self one of those bearing Packers to grease your wheel bearings they work great an save those bearings..
Hey man, thanks for the suggestion. A few people have recently told me about those. I definitely have to get myself one.
Im surprised you didnt grease the wheel bearing while you had it apart???
Degreaser and random oil inside the gear box ? Ok!
You dont torque the castle nut to spec?
Just get'm tight as f**k and then position the castle nut for nearest cotter pin insertion. It'll be fine.
Is it necessary to replace both when one goes out?

im with you on the washers ..they are concave spring washers to maintain pressure on the nut and hub when tightened up .. good vid though ..
This is the comment I was looking for....all 4 of my 2018 RZR turbo axle washers were cone out....and check those heims closely!!!
Looking for replacment drive shafts, what would you recommend?
Great Vid guys!
Great video! Thanks.
What do you torque the castle nut to?
200ft pounds or 5 ugga duggas of an impact gun 😆

Do you prefer the Rhino or Warthog axles?
