What should I do if snap ring missing end of axle?

I wouldn’t install it without the snap ring. That’s what locks it in the transmission. It will run fine but if you flex your ride it might come out. Thanks for watching. Be sure to like and subscribe to our channel!!

Where did you get the tool you got the cup off with? I'm having issues removing the cup on both rear axles on my sportsman

I made a tool like your store-bought one using a slide hammer
Just welded a exhaust clamp on the end
It is best to put the clamp on the edge of the back of the cup So it doesn't slip
      If it's really stubborn
You can put a ratchet strap on the end of the sledgehammer To put more tension
I use my golf cart to pull from
I made it long enough so I don't have to take the axle apart
