Hey there! Can you drink the tap water in your country? Btw, here's what could happen if you stop drinking water ua-cam.com/video/A0aOXbODp1w/v-deo.html&
Yes in Pennsylvania, USA our city provided water is drinkable, and has added fluoride (for healthy teeth) and chlorine. I can taste the chlorine in it a little, and I don't like it. I always know when a restaurant is serving tap water. Out in the countryside we have wells, with electric pumps to get the water to the house, it's clear, clean and tastes great! There are also several springs that pour out from nearby hills and mountains, where people fill their gallon jugs with spring water. That water is delicious, crisp, and clear.

They differ from shrubs, which are also woody plants, by usually growing larger and having a single main stem;[5] but the distinction between a small tree and a large shrub is not always clear,[16] made more confusing by the fact that trees may be reduced in size under harsher environmental conditions such as on mountains and subarctic areas. The tree form has evolved separately in unrelated classes of plants in response to similar environmental challenges, making it a classic example of parallel evolution. With an estimated 60,000-100,000 species, the number of trees worldwide might total twenty-five per cent of all living plant species.[17][18] The greatest number of these grow in tropical regions and many of these areas have not yet been fully surveyed by botanists, making tree diversity and ranges poorly known.[19] Tall herbaceous monocotyledonous plants such as banana lack secondary growth, and are trees only in a loose sense. Trees exist in two different groups of vascular or higher plants, the gymnosperms and the angiosperms. The gymnosperm trees include conifers, cycads, ginkgophytes and gnetales; they produce seeds which are not enclosed in fruits, but in open structures such as pine cones, and many have tough waxy leaves, such as pine needles.[20] Most angiosperm trees are eudicots, the "true dicotyledons", so named because the seeds contain two cotyledons or seed leaves. There are also some trees among the old lineages of flowering plants called basal angiosperms or paleodicots; these include Amborella, Magnolia, nutmeg and avocado,[21] while trees such as bamboo, palms and bananas are monocots. Wood gives structural strength to the trunk of a tree; this supports the plant as it grows larger. The vascular system of trees allows water, nutrients and other chemicals to be distributed around the plant, and without it trees would not be able to grow as large as they do. Trees, as relatively tall plants, need to draw water up the stem through the xylem from the roots by the suction produced as water evaporates from the leaves. If insufficient water is available the leaves will die.[22] The three main parts of trees include the root, stem, and leaves; they are integral parts of the vascular system which interconnects all the living cells. In trees and other plants that develop wood, the vascular cambium allows the expansion of vascular tissue that produces woody growth. Because this growth ruptures the epidermis of the stem, woody plants also have a cork cambium that develops among the phloem. The cork cambium gives rise to thickened cork cells to protect the surface of the plant and reduce water loss. Both the production of wood and the production of cork are forms of secondary growth.[23] Trees are either evergreen, having foliage that persists and remains green throughout the year,[24] or deciduous, shedding their leaves at the end of the growing season and then having a dormant period without foliage.[25] Most conifers are evergreens but larches (Larix and Pseudolarix) are deciduous, dropping their needles each autumn, and some species of cypress (Glyptostrobus, Metasequoia and Taxodium) shed small leafy shoots annually in a process known as cladoptosis.[5] The crown is a name for the spreading top of a tree including the branches and leaves,[26] while the uppermost layer in a forest, formed by the crowns of the trees, is known as the canopy.[27] A sapling is a young tree.[28] Many tall palms are herbaceous[29] monocots; these do not undergo secondary growth and never produce wood.[9][10] In many tall palms, the terminal bud on the main stem is the only one to develop, so they have unbranched trunks with large spirally arranged leaves. Some of the tree ferns, order Cyatheales, have tall straight trunks, growing up to 20 metres (66 ft), but these are composed not of wood but of rhizomes which grow vertically and are covered by numerous adventitious roots.[30]
For a week now, I have been drinking 16ozs of warm water with a half lemon every morning ( 30mins before breakfast) and again before I go to bed. I do walk or dance every morning as well. In just this week that I have been drinking the lemon water I am seeing better weight loss results, feeling more energetic, and my digestive system is soooo much better. I had none of this before I started drinking the lemon water and I almost gave up on losing weight. I was working out, eating right, and even quit drinking sodas but I still felt tired and bloated. It may not be for everybody but I believe it's helping me soooo much.
First time I have heard ANYONE talking about pelvic floor exercises, except for myself. As a nurse I have recommended it ‘forever’ NOBODY listens. I have been doing pelvic floor excises for forty-two years. Ever since my first child was born. Works a treat.
I've been doing this since my teenage and it's really good for me, No bad implication on my health. Now I'm 43 years and still drink lemon water( Not daily) and it's good.! For everyone's amazement, I've NEVER ONCE GONE FOR TOTAL HEALTH CHECKUP, I Only came to know my blood group recently.!!😱😂😀😯😮
I can testify to this! Since a health scare which I almost lost my lift, I've started drinking warm water from flask with green tea added to it. Been on it for at least 8 years... no complaints and really does make water taste more palatable! 😉
Has changed a lot for me after just over 2 weeks of drinking lemon water throughout the day. I always drink a bit of regular water after to keep from enamel issues as mentioned. Past 18 months felt very dehydrated despite drinking much more water, joint pain from decades of playing sports, regular migraines throughout my life, less energy particularly the last 2yrs.. Feel much better and more positive mood overall and completely cut coffee in the morning which was just a bandaid for energy and attributed to other issues. Also highly suggest this for anyone with immune issues as it’s helped many with various ailments since it helps clean the toxins and keep your gut health in check
I need advicr and i see conflicting reports on how much lemon juice to use daily... I have the santa cruz organic lemom juice... it says 2 tablespoons are equivalent to 1 medium lemon... Is it ok to drink throughout the day or better to just drink it in like 2, 16 oz servings with water... I have been bringing to work, 2, 32oz botyles of water with maybe a tablespoon of lemon juice in each (2 tablespoons and actually measuring tablespoons) Is this excessive? Etc
It really works. I noticed a huge change after 3 weeks drinking 2L of lemon-honey water everyday. My acne is going away and my skin looks more healthy and brighter.
I started drinking lemon water about three weeks aga because I wanted to purify my water. I have also been cooking a lot more in the house, less eating outside, and I kept my self active by biking/walking/running; I have noticed a reduction of 2-3lbs, and my skinn looks better. However, I was not aware of the other health benefits of lemon water.
Whoa. This is no joke. I've been drinking lemon +acv daily , for the last 3 weeks, and my eyesight has improved. Weird! It feels like I'm back in my boyhood days.. everything looks crisp and defined. Why didn't I try this for the last 40 years.

probably because you eat a lot of junk, changing 1 thing u eat/drink won't make a big difference. or its the opposite, ur pretty healthy. only u can know.
I have been drinking lemon water since 2012 and has not improve my eyes in any kind of way, but certainly improve my immune system. I barely sick since
Besides my morning bowl of porridge with added peanut butter and a Tbsp of flaxseeds, this is one of my daily routines. I squeeze one whole lemon (plus sometimes one lime if I have some at home) in ice cold lemon water for lunch every day. Apart from cold water not killing off the vitamin C unlike hot water, it's also super refreshing, delicious and makes me feel great.
Yes. Do not use hot water it kills the vitamins and minerals. Use cold water 8 oz with half squeezed lemon with 1 spoon of honey. Then drink and have another glass of water to flush out your teeth. 2 times a day.
Eat about 2 cloves of garlic every morning on a empty stomach, chug down a glass of lemon water, & eat a spoonful of honey. I promise you. You will live longer.
The eye sight thing alone is enough to get me sold, let alone 10 other points. We often think that medications and such is all we need and a must have, yet often all we have to do is change our diets a little bit
I've been drinking lemon water a few months now this stuff really does work. The only difference I drink it room temperature water. Never tried it in warm water before.
This is actually true. I have lots of acne before and very oily . I drink this every morning and it makes a huge difference! My skin now is very smooth and pimple free! And I also notice that my pores shrink🤗
Nah, some chick trying to say we're all drinking lemon water the wrong way - not that it's bad for us. And if you watch her video, which nearly put me to sleep, it's basically her just grating the zest from the lemon, slicing the rest up & putting it in a jug of water. I used to grate a bit of the zest into a cup & add boiling water to it. Let it cool down a bit & drink it like that.
This does work! I’ve been doing it for 5 days now with half a teaspoon of honey. Feel a lot more alert and has suppressed my hunger cravings!! Great for my diet as I workout a lot. A must try!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I was drinking lemon water while watching btw when I started drinking lemon water (about 4 weeks ago) my skin is getting clearer and I feel a lot better I feel so so sooooo healthy
It’s really improved my digestive issues and has completely got rid of my cravings. No more coffee no more energy drinks…. Lemon water first thing in the morning is truly an elixir for health
Green tea is healthy and has antioxidants, but its also a diuretic which means it can dehydrate you.So then you would need to....drink even more lemon water.
I don't just drink lemon water daily throughout the day, I also bathe with freshly squeezed lemon juice. When I get out of the shower after rinsing the lemon off my body after massaging it, I feel so strong and energetic and fresh and happy. My pores absorb all the minerals from the lemon juice. Keeps me feeling very joyful and active! Try it! You won't need to wash with soap ever again, and your skin will look and feel amazing. I'm going to be making a video of that pretty soon so, keep a lookout for it :)

Teddiursarings this means your acidity is REALLY REALLY HIGH then, and lemon water isn't enough. Time to actually eat a raw lemon every day and see what that does.
To get rid of the acme problem that you have, 1. Stay away from soda pops, sugars, candy bars, ect; 2. Take vitamin A but for about a month only. 3. Take raw egg whites and soft brush, paint egg whites on face, let dry, wash off face with Luke warm water, pat dry. DO ALL THE ABOVE FOR A MONTH, AND SEE THE IMPROVEMENTS😚

Trees are either evergreen, having foliage that persists and remains green throughout the year,[24] or deciduous, shedding their leaves at the end of the growing season and then having a dormant period without foliage.[25] Most conifers are evergreens but larches (Larix and Pseudolarix) are deciduous, dropping their needles each autumn, and some species of cypress (Glyptostrobus, Metasequoia and Taxodium) shed small leafy shoots annually in a process known as cladoptosis.[5] The crown is a name for the spreading top of a tree including the branches and leaves,[26] while the uppermost layer in a forest, formed by the crowns of the trees, is known as the canopy.[27] A sapling is a young tree.[28]
Many tall palms are herbaceous[29] monocots; these do not undergo secondary growth and never produce wood.[9][10] In many tall palms, the terminal bud on the main stem is the only one to develop, so they have unbranched trunks with large spirally arranged leaves.

I have been bringing to work, 2, 32oz botyles of water with maybe a tablespoon of lemon juice in each (2 tablespoons and actually measuring tablespoons)

I have started to drink this very morning and during the day and I'm already feeling benefits!! Xx
at first I thought this was gonna be a video about how bad it is for you and I was like oh shit because I drink lemon water every day
Elizabethann Sullivan right
Besides my morning bowl of porridge with added peanut butter and a Tbsp of flaxseeds, this is one of my daily routines.

Nah, some chick trying to say we're all drinking lemon water the wrong way - not that it's bad for us. And if you watch her video, which nearly put me to sleep, it's basically her just grating the zest from the lemon, slicing the rest up & putting it in a jug of water.

To get rid of the acme problem that you have, 1. Stay away from soda pops, sugars, candy bars, ect;
Quit dairy and see what happens.
