I’m following along with BOM 2024. Where do I find the free layout for the extra 1/2 square triangle pattern? I am keeping them and would love the layout idea.
When using the crafting spray, do you find it shrinks your fabric at all?
Hi Sherri! So excited to start the 2024 block of the month with you. Am late starting but do have a question. How much fabric is needed to complete all the blocks?
Just an idea, but what about taking the half square triangles and use them as the center of the star block?
Hi Sherri. One of your blocks looks like it might have an error. I am not certain . When you show the 2nd series of photos containing block the middle bright green block looks like it contains a mistake. Should the bottom right corner be an hour glass block? Look at the top corner to compare.
Are you talking about the "antique basket" block from Feb BOM?
Yes. But I see that is the February design.
How do I find the scrappy patterns
They should be listed in the description box of this video. Just tap the “more” text.
Does this starch shrink the fabric
I starch all my fabric and yes there is some shrinkage. What you have to be careful with is precuts. Starch will shrink the length of jelly roll strips, will shrink charm squares as well. So if you need the full size of a 5 in charm or a 2 1/2 inch charm, these pieces will be smaller if starched.
