Just a tip as this is a “how to” video. Put your lineman’s rope above the stand prior to hanging so you don’t disconnect. If you do disconnect, reconnect before climbing into the stand. Most accidents happen while transferring onto the stand. Lots of young/new hunters out there and safety need to be an emphasis. You can also get the top cam buckle tighter than just tugging on it by pulling it towards you and then pushing away, “caming” it.
Very good idea. Something that was overlooked.

Nice vid. I have the older model and like it alot. I think im going to jump up to the bigger model or that super lightweight lonewolf setup. These stands are getting amazing compared to 15 years ago
Thank you! The lightweight is really nice, the platform on the other one is extremely comfortable!! I would agree! 15 years ago it was like hanging a small car in the tree lol!!

Again! Someone who doesn't read the description? If you are referring to the knee on seat and picking up the platform with your other foot. While this method is rock solid, it is also not needed for the actual purpose of this certain video. All though anyone who sets up a stand like so in video. It will all day be perfectly safe. This video is strictly on showing the great features, and showing the ease of hanging the stand. During actual setups, and hunts out of this stand the PROPER locking method does take place. Happy Hunting.
