Hi hi, fellow amateur artist here (7 years now in the training arc lol) I recommend you to try to draw "carving" you start drawing cubes but you deform and "carve" those cubes to get the 3d shapes you want for everything. Its hard to get the hang of it at the start but it really helps to understand the things that you are drawing.
Also speed up might sound good but think about art like training in the gym you can go everyday but if you dont focus in doing the exercices with good form or overtrain you can get negative results of it (i have been there) as for little obsessions and mistakes you will need to correct in the future.
Failing a lot is good if you think on how to correct those errors for the next time but if u dont think "what to improve" chances are you getting stuck in the progress
    Good luck mate :D

why you do it, why do you draw.If you figure that part out, it might be easier to draw when your mind is centered on that reason and make sure to take your time, even though progress seems slow at the time it'll get better when your put in strategic practice

I highly recommend timed gesture drawing. Essentially, spending one minute trying to capture the essence of each pose in a reference, and doing that twenty times a day (so it only takes twenty minutes total; there's a site called quickposes you can use for this).
I drew a good hundred or so poses over the course of a few days without even realising it that way just by doing it every day.

I recommend using 2 hours to do 1 pose per day. That way you gain mastery over each omage you draw.

For a beginner no. That would not be a good idea at all. It wastes a lot of time when you don’t know your muscles groups and so forth, you’ll finish in 20 mins and the rest of the time will be wasted with useless details. Unless you draw the same pose over and over which I still thing will waste time over draw many poses quickly.

Yo, id highly reccomend Love life drawings series called "Fresh eyes challenge." Pretty similar concepts to you're newest video, but for figure drawing. Really helps break out of iconography, and just get the right angles/ basic forms down. Also good pretty good references on his site thing.
Also Dr draws videos on rotating boxes get basics on perspective down pretty well, pretty easily.

I dont recomend using sketch, eraser or something for fixing art when you training like this. Made mistake? now its part of your sketch, and one of mistakes that you will learn off, and i recomend to watch some videos about simple shapes of the body so you can start with something.

Do you only draw things that already exist? Forget the box
