Lovely swirls.
My family members loved my arrangement of soap-sugar scrub- body butter- beard balm-oil- deodorant-lotion. I added in my healing salves for rash,pain,etc.

Question-‘do you need a water discount for all milk soaps?

No, if you're doing a full milk soap, you can use the full amount. I do prefer a water discount either way 😉

Yes, vanillin will effect all the colors.

If you sub an ingredient in a CP soap, it's now a new recipe and you'll need to run the numbers thru soap calc to make sure your lye ratio is correct.

I have always used coconut milk powder and I just tried it your way but now I have little brown spots all over the top. I haven’t cut it yet, but why? My lye was 94 degrees and my oils were 94. I added the milk to the oils and blended. Then I added the lye. It looked good after the pour but now … ugh
