Just to clarify, I can use Gyproc Easi Fill 60 onto painted surfaces. Just need to do a sanding with 60/80 grit but don't need to do so after a second fill on top of the first coat of repaint?

You can use easi fill on painted surfaces, follow the video you will be fine. remember progress not perfection.

Just learning as much as I can do you not get dark patches like picture framing around the area's that you've flashed especially the greys thanks.
it also depends on the natraul light, coming through a big window or patio doors, also keeping a wet edge from cutting to rolling, do a wall at a time. sometimes in the summer it can be hard to keep a wet edge, in ereas were it is bad you can use a Johstones perfect matt that doesn't flash.
Do you ever use zinseer guardz after removing wallpaper?

@@Inexteriors thank you for the advice, after scraping off old wallpaper, do i have to remove all the old paint aswell before i apply new paint
make sure the painted have hard edges and not peeling, then give wall a good sand.

Flash up is a mist coat, yes?
mist coat is on new plaster, its flashing up filler, or spoting up filler.
