@Inexteriors plus its good on exterior paint. It's reasonably cheap considering what it does. Just repaired a bubbling bathroom ceiling with it.

Hi Steven, I’m curious, regarding water based paints, when painting over oil with water based, do you have to use primer or undercoat or can you sand down and go straight over with a good paint like diamond satinwood or scuff x etc?

Ive just used dulux diamond diamond eggshell. first i put a coat of zinsser bullseye 123 plus as a grip cost, then 2 coats of diamond eggshell.
