All classes went nearly full out .. and the Can Am class went on a parade lap 🤦♂️😖 I want to see Can Am cars races hard like the other classes
Last year they raced at the Long Beach Grand Prix in California
I do not know who was driving the Shadows this weekend but when they were at Road America in 2020 the pair of DN4 cars were flat out and racing hard. The most amazing site I have ever seen. Well until the blow over at least.
I was thinking the same thing. Risk assessment probably considered them too quick to be racing.

I remember Historic racing at the Ring in 1991 , were I sat at the Muhlenbach tribune , right beside a long strait .
That McLaren M8F coming by full power was deffening ....and I felt its vibrations in the tribune and all trough my body !!!

Brilliant stuff, I used to live just up the road back in the 1990’s.. I would drive to the circuit most weekends just to watch whatever was going on. This was before it was all massively developed to today’s appearance.
Love the SD1’s, particularly the Marlboro car! I had 2 SD1’s in the ‘90s, a 2300SE, and a manual 3.5L V8! The V8 gave me the taste for more, so over the years I had 7 V8 TVR’s!
Glory days, and 2 fingers up to all the lefty environmentalists and politicians with their ULEZ tax!
Thanks to Goodwood....!! great stuff...as always.....and do i notice a certain "trend" to run more american BIG engine cars in a bid to higher "succesrate" by some drivers....or is there just a surplus of motive gear from the US.....hmmmm
my heart really is with "swifty" wonder how he would fare in a big block mustang/Camaro/ fairlane whatever.....
