These look great! Here's a TIP- wad your parchment into a ball (like you would a piece of scrap paper to throw away) Open it back up and the 'crunched' paper will fit easily into the corners of your pan.

Thanks Dani ! ❤ These bars taste so delicious! I used almond butter, 1/3 cup hemp seeds, 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut, 1/3+ cup natural white honey, 1 tablespoon MCT oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, a pinch of pink salt, and 3 cups oats. Just topped with chopped dried cherries. Really nice and versatile recipe! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am so loving your UA-cam channel! These were so delicious I made a second batch. In the second batch I added to the video ingredients about 1/2 C of slivered almonds & just a bit less than 1/4 C of Hemp Hearts. I increased my maple syrup to a heaping 1/3 C. Oh so delicious!!!

These turned out even better than I expected. We're trying to eat out of our stocked pantry this month so I already had everything in hand to give it a try, The only additions I made were to add a little flaky salt, hemp seeds, then when they were done I warmed a tiny bowl of chocolate chips and a dab of coconut oil and drizzled it over the top of the bars with a spoon. Beautiful, filling and delicious. I'll have to make this one again. Thank you Dani.

Thanks for another great recipe. I love all the oatmeal based bars and balls. There is one change I have made to these recipes. Even though I love oats they can be a bit chewy...tough even. So i toast my oats with a bit of coconut oil in a skillet. It gives the oats a wonderfully nutty flavor and makes them easier to chew. Thanks again!

You could easily scale down the recipe and make it using smaller amounts to see if it does work. I think it probably would.

As a sweetener of course, but the texture of your bars will be slightly thicker than the watery maple syrup.
