That Equalizer exhaust sounds really good makes it sound like a more modern V6. GTP always impressive.

6th gens are all over the place where i live but the rockers are all rusted out. 7th gen all day

The sound the equalizer DP puts out makes the 3800 sound like a dual overhead V6.

So I have a Chevy imapla ss 04 and I want to put your Z3 turbo kit but what route what I need to keep my supercharger on and put the kit on? I have zzp headers,1.0 pcm, and some other suspension/brake modifications
Awesome setup man! I recently December 10th 2022 picked up a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Coupe locally for 1k with 163k on the clock! It runs fantastic with the stock 240hp! I would like to get the PCM from ZZPerformance, as well as change the pulley on the supercharger to increase the horsepower. It is my daily driver with a few wiring gremlins to deal with (power windows, sunroof and the radio don't work. Also the interior lights stay on even with the doors closed) But because it runs so great, I'm not sweating those issues that much. And am going to figure out slowly why the few things don't work correctly.

Seems like a good alternative over buying a modern 3.6 option lol just a refresh, a mild cam, some porting, a good tune and this exhaust on an N/A car would be fun. Not the fastest, but most would have a hard time believing it's still a pushrod 3.8 lol

This is awesome. I have a g6 gxp which is the 3.6l v6. Is there anything i can realistically do to make more power from it?
Supercharger/turbo
Intake, ported manifold, exhaust, tune. There are a couple other things here and there. They do make cams as well. Upgraded timing set, PCV kit
Those engines blow dude, it's pretty much as good as its gonna get

Depends on what you want to do with it. Mod it out AND drive it? Or just tune it up?

Yes and no. H bodys use a different stock downpipe

i have a 2004 Grand Am GT and i want it to sound more like a modern V6. i hate the deep rumble tone it has and i have not found any exhaust systems nor do i have the knowledge to fab up my own exhaust to make it sound like a modern V6. would you guys be able to me a full set to make my Grand Am sound more “trunpety”?

@@isaiahsingh8021I haven’t done anything but maintenance and small upgrades I’ve done the trans go kit on the transmission but my solenoid is stuck off I used an after market solenoid and now I have to go back n change it

Well I found a 3800 with only 100k miles in it. Now I just have to find one of these beauties. I’m going to take it out of this Buick I found it in and overhaul it outside of the gorgeous Grand Prix so it’s a simple swap. Then I can overhaul the one from the Grand Prix so I have an extra when I blow it up.
I'm literally trying to find any 3800 that isn't clapped out.

It doesn’t say what else was used when you swapped the equalizer?? Stock manifolds? PLOGS?
Front plog, turbo rear plog, TOG downpipe to the same 3" catback that was on the car.
It's your fuel map, it's got a nasty hole. That's why your unloading in 3rd😂

Nope. Just the Equalizer Downpipe with a catback exhaust.

Wow all those things done and still no real gain. It’s the supercharger setup the setup is basically an upgraded stock box. I beat a zzp upgraded gtp and mines is bone stock. Just my blower setup is different. But I am about to get some performance exhaust work done

This car has been on aluminum heads for a long time, and those are worth A TON of power on an M90 build. However, E85 is a huge step forward from pump gas on an M90 car as well.

I need to know if you guys are willing to make a couple small modifications to MY kit. I talked with TT and he said it shouldn't be a problem. Just a couple minutes of your time
pontiac made a beautiful successor to the g bodys of the 80's. gm cut them because they were killing chevy as far as style and tweaking there cars in little ways to givethem an edge on cheys...example the trans am ws6 ram air hood and intake.... camaros couldnt outshine them

it has 325kms all done by bentec I beat 2 600cc bikes and tied a 969
