I'll do a few Leg plyometric and hold workout like wall sit hold, Bulgarian squats, and squat box jumps to really activate those Leg Muscles and move on to some Fastfootwork exercise, then a short balance Exercise....and Training begins.❤ thanks for This warmup routine, Btw isnt that last 4 exercises too short to get your heartrate up?
