xxX_MLG_Banana_Xxx here is the states I found a 68 coupe for $3000 all it needed was rust repair and a new interior, next time you want a American classic try looking in in America (probably the south) and ship it to where you live, it will be a long process but it will be a whole lot cheaper
Nova well it wasn't a standard coupe, rather a fastback c-code, but yes this logic still applies. However it would be very inconvenient in terms of checking the car out and going for a test drive due to the distance. Nonetheless I'm planning to bring it with me to college back to US after we restore it

Yeah, I think we all kind of figured that out from the huge letters on the side of it spelling out “PANTERA”. And in any case we were never supposed to think that it was a 308, it was just following the 308 that they did want to show us.
They both are Italian, made sports cars, and have bad reliability. Seems quite similar.
@Pony Emires Unite Ferrari and De Tomaso have NEVER EVER built sports cars, but EXOTIC cars. Yes, they're both sports/performance-oriented, but are still DIFFERENT. Like literally, different in EVERYTHING. That's why you DON'T call an RX-7 (for example) a supercar, but a SPORTS car, because it's NOT EVEN CLOSE to supercars (except when its performances are HEAVILY tuned). It's a pure sports car (and nothing more), except that it only looks like a GT (another type of exotic car) but that's when you draw the line.

One day i went with my dad to a small city far away from são paulo to buy an Old Honda CG motorcycle , my father love those , and the guy had an 60's kombi , white, a little rust , his dad bought it and kept it there , i think it had 30k km , a little more
@@Gorecatto I know what your saying. Sure a fellas down the road from me has Brazilian import himself. They look almost identical to the classics. I'm talking about the Van's from the 50's to 60's. They are getting rare but as you said there's probably a good few in Brazil. Best way to put it they are expensive because they are iconic.

You have to be a non-car guy to say stuff like that..all cars are classic, beautiful, well-made and carry a part of history and provide driving pleasure and connection with car..cars are inxreasingly tehnologically andvanced so people flee to the basic where the driver has complete control over the car..if you buy a tehnologically advanced car for twenty years it will be crap full of outdated tehnology and if you buy a classic car without all that stuff it value will only go up so it's a good investment...

Jdm guys act like they can destroy muscle cars at where they perform best, I have seen that a lot. When in reality, late 60s muscle had way less power than advertised and many ran 12s stock and 10s when barely upgraded.

I bought a 1985 911 Carrera , brand new ,from Rick Hill Imports in Kingsport TN. Ordered it in gaurds red , black interior with whale tail. Loved it so much , I've kept it for nearly 35 years. I've been offered far more than I gave for it brand new. I guess I'll be keeping it ,till I'm 6 feet under.
