BigT 1418 i got a good deal last year and a quick flip but yea definitely my 2016 ghost is leased , because i dont want to be losing alot of money buying rather than leasing, plus i dont use them i just drive my e63 or something simple around the yard

growlingbehemoth Say what you want but i have a lot of respect for things like this compared to other unnecessary pricey things...it took a skilled person hours to create it so beautifully it is almost art. While also employing him/her for such things rather then just working at a production line to place some things for robots to bolt on, only to be replaced by them entirely one day. Sure its unnecessary but so are paintings, expensive liquors, jewelery items, fashionable clothes, makeup items, parfumes, iphones etc. And i guarantee you own at least one of those things. Also at least its not produced by exploiting 3rd world workers under horrible conditions ( like say the iphone you are quite possibly holding right now). If someone has earned their wealth and pays taxes, you have just as much of an obligation to help people in poverty as that person. And i highly doubt you spend your time working at a hospital in africa, its jealousy, plain and simple.

To spend money on a veyron is stupid in the first place after over 10 years theyve still not appreciated in value and then to be even more to spend another 300 000 to get it with out paint . Just goes to show how this is a false car for false people whose public image means everything
On top of that, it costs 20k US just to service it.
It cost so much to get bare carbon fiber because in order to expose it, threads has to be perfectly aligned on every piece. It takes way more time to do that and parts has to be 100% flawless so often part is made more than once just to get it perfect. With paint they don't care about that because it's covered, that's why it's cheaper to paint carbon fiber than to expose it.

The bugatti veyron is an iconic car. First production car with a 16 cylinder engine and the current record holder for the fastest production. And dont go rambling about koenigsegg got more power from a v8. And koenigsegg hasnt done a top speed run. Besides volkswagen didnt make any money from the veyron.

We still hold the record for now in that car at 240mph although we are keen to get it back there since it was quite greasy when we got that so traction off the line was bad to say the least. To Bugatti: the extra costs for carbon optics without paint come from the fact that precisely because you can see the carbon you have to produce it several times until you get flawless parts made of carbon. Because the parts with color are otherwise made of carbon, which have optical defects.
