I buy all my beef and pork meat from a local farm and only use ghee butter or raw butter. Everything is 100% grass-fed. I am so humble to know that you are in this healthy journey! I also try not to buy seed milks too much. But there’s a lot that goes into a healthy living. Thanks for sharing 👍🏼

When u buy non dairy milk make sure that it has calcium added to it, because cow's milk is full of calcium and plant-based milks are not. If you don't supply calcium, you may be deficient and your bones may stop developing properly.
