Great video, and it's cool that you're tackling your challenge areas. My humble unsolicited, back-of-the-classroom two-cents' worth concerning your Renaissance Italian girl @08:46 is that she looks amazing!! I respectfully disagree with your prof about the nose needing adjusting, even though I agree it's a little bigger than the reference. I think one of the the worst things we can do is take something that works and adjust it to death to try to make it "perfect". (As a extreme, non-painting example, the actress Jennifer Grey's experience comes to mind.) btw, your look is fine for painting videos. Sorry to hear about your sports-related back injury. You have that in common with your fellow painter Izzy Webber in England. Maybe you and she should connect.
