- A well known Ukrainian hymn in both Catholic and Orthodox Churches in Ukraine and abroad. This version is sung by the Vydubychi Church Chorus, and is from their album “Sing Praises To Our God, Sing Praises!”

lovely music, tune... I sincerely doubt that our Mother Mary would EVER have held some of those views or attitudes. Mother KNEW the truths of what was necessary, knew the scriptures perfectly.
But to what degree does that knowledge dampen the trauma of seeing your baby boy abused and murdered before your eyes?
She was still human and not in Heaven.
Of course she wept inside if for nothing else watching the Israelites reject God and celebrate his crucifixion.
