It's devastating to think of this poor child left with the mother's body. It really brings tears to my eyes. Poor baby
I remember this case. Christopher had fixated on Christa well before the crime. He was a menace to women and should be removed from society. The fact that the child was left wirh her mother’s body for days with no access to food is heinous. He is where he should be, locked away for the rest of his life,
We had a similar case near where I live the children's father murdered the mother and left her there with twin girls they were severely dehydrated and starving. People are sick.
WOW, you speculate he dragged her and somehow had DNA 🧬 of three different men under her fingernails.
Not saying he's innocent 😇, but an IQ of 75 is pretty low and can easily be tricked into saying things (It's happened before).
My question is will they ever try to track down the DNA 🧬 to get a clear understanding of what happened to her preceding to her senseless murder.
Sorry, thought I was responding to Dr. Grande. Instead I replied to you
She was on the prowl. Left wing chick. Accountability matters bubba
Can you believe Sunny Hostin tried to exonerate this creature? She is a vile, disgusting woman.
Does it matter if the sex was consensual? Bro stabbed her. That wasn't consensual.
well... i wouldn't put it past her. Still illegal tho.
ANYONE physically hurting someone during sex when they say STOP is likely to have something terribly wrong with their mind. If they realize they've done it (some do and some dont) they are within their right mind to know "right from wrong" and if an apology doesn't follow, they will likely do it again...
It does matter legally.
The other guy stabbed her. Christopher just serviced her

The law enforcement had requested DNA on ALL the men in town. Of course they didn't have to do it but if you didn't you became a suspect to look closer at. Testing took much longer then and his lawyer tried to say they "pinned" it on the black guy.

I don't believe that anyone who's had restraining orders for stalking people should be in a position like a mail carrier or even a garbage man!! They should have no job where they're exposed to a potential new target. All it takes for many of these men is someone just to say hi to them and have a few sentence conversation and they take that as interest. They literally think because someone said hi and was kind to them that they want to sleep with them. It's really scary.
This is totally true. They could spend all day looking for the perfect victim.
Lots of people, especially women, take out restraining orders on men as a form of retaliation after their relationships end.

Actually Christa had found fulfillment in her child Ava, who was the light of her life. Tony, the father of the child and his wife had brought Christa and Ava into their lives in a friendly way. Tony and a friend of Christa settled on a form of joint custody after her death. Ava is now 25 years old.
What? Married with 6 Children? What a catch.

I don't think she was looking at him for marriage, possibly due to her upbringing. There was testimony about either her father or grandfather and the risky life he was living. They had to investigate his girlfriend's acquaintances due to her criminal background.

The defense put the victim on trial, again. Despite her personality and life choices, no one deserves to be murdered in front of their baby. RIP.
There's a huge difference between saying someone "deserved" something, and pointing out anyone who knew how she was choosing to live her life could see a disaster coming from a mile away and won't listen to anyone. We all know or have known people like that.
It seems like the defense treated Christa as the one on trial instead. I feel for Christa young child who must have felt so scared and confused and alone before her mother's body was discovered

Possibly your finest work yet.
Flawless.
I watched this trial on Court TV. His lawyer was a grimmy creep. I believe Christopher manipulated the I.Q. tests. When the prosecutor asked him about the part-"tell me the first thing this word makes you think of" he gave answers that I probably wouldn't have thought of, more sophisticated. I can't remember a example now but quite surprising answers. It was a sad end to a woman who had lived a sad life even though she came from wealth. Her father?/grandfather was the one who had the wealth and was involved with a very much younger drug addict woman. Krista and he had words about it, due to his safety, his wealth and her fears what could happen to him. This was her heritage. She had the child she desired but maybe at times missed the active life in NYC. A conflicted woman but she was responsible enough that she had made a will at her young age detailing her desires for after her death especially her daughter's upbringing. So she was a responsible mother. She also had a relationship with Ava's father's family, who all wanted the best for her. Just so sad. 😢
What? Just because of a will you think that’s enough to call someone a responsible parent? Throw your television away and get off Twitter. Good luck.
@@DavidPawson-d7h You gave her the advice that you should take 🤣
@DavidPawson-d7h if she was having a relationship with the murderer why did he need to break the door down to get in. And when she escaped to her car he dragged her back in and ended her life with a knife through her chest. Are you just going to take his word for it. This garbage man with a 79 IQ who was in his mind having sex with women on his route ? Do you realize how incredulous that is? IQ check for the comments section Stat.
She sounded to me like a complicated and intelligent woman who died too young. The fact that she didn't "settle" says nothing negative about her character (though her choices among men- such as one who is married- might). I got the impression she was just a pretty lady on the guy's route, that they probably didn't know one another- so her romantic life is irrelevant to the cause of her death.
@erinthesystem9608 I'm really apalled at the revictimization of this woman. If she was g a y or t r a n s that was murdered I doubt so much of their sex lives and commentary from *friends* after death would be emphasized as it could be interpreted as HATE against a minority. However this complete denigration of the woman seems to be fair game to the people who follow Dr. Grande. At least a good 50 per cent. People should be ashamed of themselves but no they puff themselves up thinking she deserved it. How low can people go? Probably lower than some of us expect.
I wonder if you could analyse the case of Samatha Murphy in Ballarat Australia?

Great shirt.
It really frustrates me that the victim gets put on trial.
No matter what Christa was like as a person, this is a case where a woman’s home was broken into, she was viciously beaten and then stabbed to death. Her two year old daughter was in the house. This is every woman’s worst nightmare tbh - you’re safe in your home and some psycho bloke breaks in and kills you.
The personality of the victim is totally irrelevant - courts would do better to focus on EVIDENCE to obtain convictions rather than trying to cast moral judgement on the victim!!
This is exactly why women don’t report violence and sexual violence - because it always seems to become a trial of their character.
Does consensual sex with someone like him align with her personality?
That seems like quite a relevant question.
Why does it matter about who she would have sex with? NA a woman does not expect to get murdered if she chooses to be easy. Try him for rape or not but the charge of murder does not go away just bc the victim couldn’t keep her legs closed.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. No woman should ever play fast and loose with her life like that with people like that without at least acknowledging the risk involved. It is not victim blaming and it is not understating the monstrous act of an evil man by telling it straight: Men like this are out there, and you need to look after yourself. Cant change those facts, because these men cannot be taught differently. They WANT to do this. They are compelled to harm women, and wont stop until they are caught.
Um alright. If it doesn’t matter why even say anything?
Juging by many comments made for this video having an affair with a married man is a much worse crime than killing a person.
I don't know a man who has never had affairs outside of marriage. Perhaps it's because I live in Africa where we're allowed to marry multiple women

A pattern of unstable, intense relationships; shifting goals and values; impulsive and risky behavior; wide mood swings; and, inappropriate, strong anger. I'm not diagnosing anyone here, but borderline personality disorder is one of several possibilities. Regardless, she didn't deserve to be murdered, and her two-year-old child certainly didn't deserve to lose her mother that way.
Definitely not. Sounds like some ADHD and bipolar disorder as well.
I watched the trial, read about her murder. You are judging someone's life from court room testimony. She was a strong smart woman who had looked at different directions for her life. Too many men don't like strong women. I don't believe she was mentally ill by any measurement. Her lifestyle seems not so different from many people today.

Tony Jacket sounds like a mob boss in the Simpsons.
Such a sad story. Where were her family members and support system?
She had no support system. The only family I remember hearing about was either her father or grandfather who was involved in a relationship with a much younger drug addict. Krista was concerned for his safety. Her daughter was to be raised by a friend in the event of her death, not a relative, if she had any. 😢
Money can't buy happiness.
There is absolutely no evidence Christa had any relationship with this man or she even knew who he was. The door to her home had been broken into. She had been attacked, viciously beaten and stabbed to death. There is no evidence to support her relationship issues had anything to do with her death. It’s likely she was randomly chosen to be victimized because she lived alone in a remote area.

Wasn't Dr. Grande already speculating on this earlier? Or maybe there was a case with very similar circumstances.
This case was DEFINITELY speculated on in the past. I wouldn't blame Dr. Grande though, he has only 3,5k videos here.
I know I’ve watched this case before..is this a re-upload Dr Grande?
One thing notable about the case was the police had attempted a mass collection of the DNA from all the males in Truro, which would have been 790 men--those who refused would be considered suspects. This has been done in England but is almost unheard of in the USA.
As for Christopher/Christa it's unclear if he didn't know her at all and simply saw her on his route, or if they had been acquainted. Regardless the evidence does show it was an attack and he was the perpetrator.
With Christa I've known women (not in _that_ sense) like her, and my opinion is there's a personality problem at play that doesn't seem to be tied to wealth or class. More they have something missing inside and can't emotionally connect with other people or even understand themselves. So they try different jobs, run through many relationships of all sorts, not considering either the drama or turmoil as it's just not registering.
That behaviour is brought up and worsened due to stubborn American hyper-individualism and money-centric economics. It corrupts women and men, in different ways.
I would.have checked into what happens to the child if the mother dies. Who gets custody? Also who gets her insurance policy?
Also did the fathers family know about the baby?
So many things left out here. Krista had a will. Ava was to be raised by Krista's friend if needed, and was. Her father's entire family knew about the relationship, ended of course, and Ava and Krista had a relationship with them. He did try for custody but since Krista had named guardians and other things the guardian was Krista's choice. I'm sure wills covered all inheritance because the family was somewhat wealthy.
Yes the family knew….Christa had a will designating a close friend to care for Ava
Wow that’s crazy I live on cape cod

Krista seemed to get off on the risk of toying with dangerous men. I think she miscalculated.
Excellent video!
Omg. She looks so much like someone I went to middle school with. But Christa is much older.
I don’t understand how Christa Worthington’s rumored personal history is related to her brutal murder. If Leonardo DiCaprio was suddenly beaten and stabbed to death in front of his toddler, (sorry Leo) would we be listing all his dalliances and affairs as a contributing factor to the attack ? Too many mental shortcuts going on here leading us to fall into the trap of blaming the victim.
Because the semen only proved he had sex with her, not that he killed her. There were no bloody fingerprints or blood left by the murderer, but the semen plus his multiple lies and the fact he had "access" to her as the garbage driver all convicted him for her murder.
Many people who end up killed have sex before they die, and this time the victim had a racy sexual history. She was currently having an affair with a married man and raising their child.
Dr Grande pointed out that she a) had dated a black guy and b) had dated a sanitary worker so although she was from "higher status", fucking a black garbage driver didnt seem too far off if compared to her previous sexual encounters.
But lucky there was circumstancial evidence and C's ridicilous lies and stories that along with the semen, which still only proved he had consensual or non-consensual sex with her, convicted him.
Btw, his past relationships were also brought as evidence.
@@kiiltochii1607 Thanks for some clarification. I do appreciate your points although I don’t know about the part where she has a “higher status but still had sex with a black man and a sanitation worker” as a rational factor in ascertaining whether the semen was the result of consensual sex. That’s a cognitive stretch for me. If the murderer was allegedly BTK (Dennis Rader), for example, would investigators say, ‘well, Christa did sleep with a short, bald guy once and a Boy Scout leader once (in order to ascertain the possibility of consensual sex) ?
Also, just too many really negative hearsay descriptors about the victim’s personality. I think the cognitive bias I’m referring to is called the “just-world fallacy”: the belief that a victim gets what they deserve or that they brought it all on themselves. This fallacy often blames promiscuity in women, homosexuals, drug addicts, and sex workers (when they are victims of crime or other misfortunes). If you think I’m wrong here I’d appreciate your perspective.
I think he lost his temper for some reason (maybe she insulted him or something) and first hit her and then murdered her to prevent her from calling the police.
Yeah maybe she threatened to tell the wife
