If these are secrets then maybe you should consider adding recruiting Liara AFTER Virmire. She assumes she's hallucinating and sprinkles that assumption through your interactions with her until you free her. She also expresses frustration that you've already figured everything out without her back on the ship when debriefing.

If I remember well, the mission of number 7 secret connects directly with two different side missions in ME2. The crashed freighter with the frenzied droids and the factory that those droids were produced. That VI was responsible for the virus that corrupted those droids.
for the first secret: i was talking with primarch victus (if i remember correctly) and when asked where garrus was he said that garrus was working on some calibrations with the response "yep thats sounds like him"
The Shifty Looking Cow from the first Mass Effect steals your credits and apparently uses said credits to play games at the Citadel's Arcade as we can see in Mass Effect 3 as the Shifty Looking Cow has the 3rd highest score at the fighting game (at least in the Legendary Edition)
To add on to what you said about the creepy vibe in number 7, i think mass effect really does do "horror" well like that arduct yachi mission me3 leading up to the banchees and some of the eerie silence on some of the planets in me1 and the me3 dlc leviathion when you go to that space station and everyone is just silent and staring at you, i know mass effect aint no horror game but damn it does do horror well!
One of the things that's always amazed me most about ME1, or really the series in general, is the paragraphs of Lore for planets, even ones you don't survey or land on. Btw, I took Kaidan & Garrus on the last mission, as a Renegade, and he still argued to save the Council.😂
Trebin was very interesting when i first played mass effect. When i found that transmitter i was always curious, who was behind this and why? Then there was the survey team. Just more hints about the reaper tech. And we just leave it there. For exogen to come and grab and maybe Cerberus... colony of the dead could be a result of that discovery.
I have a question, in the "Lair of the Shadow Broker" DLC after you save Liara's friend Feron, he sits in a room where there's a big empty canvas on the wall, sooo random but at the same time it seem is not... WHAT DOES THAT EMPTY CANVAS MEAN???? It drives me crazy.
Number 8 wasn´t really surprising to me. I mean I saw some videos before playing the series (ambience). And the save menu says so when saving. 😁 And I knew Bioware is Canadian so it´s not surprising to me that they made their countrys capital the seat of power of the Earth.
13:30 Another detail people may have missed about Prologue: Earth is how some of the screens that show the Reapers invading use footage from one of the trailers for Mass Effect 3 (found here: ua-cam.com/video/wMu1WRgYB7U/v-deo.html ).

They were placed there as a way for BioWare to say "thanks" as Citadel was the last DLC for ME3. In a slightly related note, the Vancouver multiplayer map features Halloween decorations in the hospital area near the top of the map.
You don't need a renegade Shepard to influence Kaidan, just to pick the renegade dialogue when romancing him. Same with Garrus, you don't need to be the same alignment you encourage him to be. As for Ashley, you need an amount of points invested in charm to influence her to be more paragon, but you can still be mostly renegade and make her a paragon.
Since I play as a solider in the first game I can never hack the medical station and coms relay in Kierrahs base. I know it gives you a codex entry each but I never learned what they are cause no one post them. I think its a good secret for some players.
there was an event long time ago where in the multiplayer they swapped out the ammo boxes for those exact presents. i hear they made them look like pumpkins too at one point
That was a good catch about Andromeda/Trebin. I played that trash one time, and I think I would’ve remembered it if it stood out. I think I was probably just tuning out Liam. LOL.
Hey fizhy, I’m doing a play through of ME recently and I found two golden “switches” out of the map on the Cerberus fighter base in ME3 They took a couple shots but they blew up. If you could take a look, I can explain where they are but it’s a small map. When I restarted the mission they were gone like I had already got them. Would love your thoughts
Trivia: 'Cerberus' was just a placeholder for 'evil organization' that the writers were supposed to replace so that we wouldn't be sued. But they didn't and (fortunately) we weren't.

If you go into photo mode in the legendary edition you can clip throigh the canvas and see a hidden image
