    This is the first time I've seen a video on the Bent over arm curl. I started doing these about a year ago, intuitively seemed like a good exercise. As I mentioned, I'd never seen it before so I had to make up a name. I came up with "Bent over Fear curl", in honor of Mark Walberg beating his chest in the movie Fear lol

    Obi, I did this arm workout as I am using you as my go to guy for all things new and interesting. Today I used your chest workout (time under tension) and started with 50% less on the incline bar that I normally use. I wanted to be sure that I got the chest work you were suggesting and it was very good. Obi, to let you know I live in the US am 67 years old and have been working out since 25. I never included kettle bells until I seen your video's on that and again, I have included them in my regular work outs. I am not new to using You Tube for finding guys like you to assist me and give me new challenges. However, you are by far the best because you actually go though the work outs yourself and it seems you enjoy yourself. Maybe you should do a video with Fitness FAQ a guy who is on body weight exercises and lives in England I think. Keep up the good work and take care. Also, your music is great !

  • @Daemon_intellectualis
    @Daemon_intellectualis 2 роки тому +2

    This is how great physiques are built naturally. We need to get rid of dated practices like focusing more on a high protein diet whilst performing exercises like beginners. Anyone who aspires to be an advanced level bodybuilder (natural, not cheater) ought to be up to scratch on each and every variable. 100% training 100% nutrition etc.... one's genetic potential in way further than he/she thinks. Obi's performance in optimal btw

    Sir I do high repetition workout due to some injuries, I've two 5 KGs dumbbells. I have started working out *50+ reps* , 3/4 sets per exercise & 30-45 sec rest between sets. Will it help me to tone down my physique & make some lean gains? Please reply sir.

    • @gtrrohit5078
      @gtrrohit5078 3 роки тому

      What will maintain your lean physique is your diet and how much muscle you build. And of course you may build some muscle the way you are working out but not to any amazing level.
      If you do have an injury i would say to rest and let it heal completely and then come back and work in the 7 to 12 rep range.
