    Okay so here's what happened:
    10/31/20
    I began at 7:30 p.m.
    I did the warmup stretches 👈🏾 this was a workout in itself.
    I used 15lb (2) dumbbells for the entire workout [I wanted to be able to give myself a chance and complete the exercises].
    I did all the exercises except the last 2
    I was just out of gas.
    I only did 1 rep for all the exercises, yes 1 rep. I'm a beginner at this.
    I used a book and I used a step on my stair for my calf raises.
    I was all done at 8:20 p.m.
    I will do this 3 more times out of 7 days increasing the weights and reps each week for 4 weeks. Hopefully I'll remember this comment and give a progress report in December.
    Thanks for this tutorial video, greatly appreciate it 👍🏾‼

    Hey, Obi! This workout is awesome! Being strapped for time, I made it into intervals. I set the work portion for 35 seconds and rest for 25 seconds with 1.5 mins rest between exercises. For the sets where you do each leg, I made those 20 seconds each with, again, 25 seconds rest. For the finisher I did three sets or 6 mins. With a 5 min warm up and cool down, this workout is less than 50 mins! Thanks so much!

Those are the only 2 mandatory exercises for chest development, rest is your personal choice, you may do decline push ups or decline db bench press at it targets lower chest, but don't stress it out too much since that part is already overdeveloped

    • @devajoneslifts
      @devajoneslifts 4 роки тому +2

      I know you want obis opinion but i dont know i he actually has time to respond to comments. for me there is a difference. regular db split squats the legs are used more equally, meaning you use both the front and rear leg to come up almost equally. for bulgarian split squat since the back foot is not on the ground you use way more front leg and glute to come up.
