Make your FROSTGRAVE spells come to life! ☃️

Today on Dice Chatter, we're going to show you how to create terrain spell effects for Frostgrave! This is a great way to add visual interest to your battles and create a more immersive experience for your players. Those being Wall, Mud, and Bridge. This terrain build is intended to be a quick and easy process.

Yep, lots of room for customizing spell effects to your wizard. My sigilist had a "rune wall" - clear plastic painted with glowing runes and covered in a sparkly glaze.

I mean, you could use it to trip people. Any spell can be solution, if you find the right problem. It's very much the "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Stand User" principle.

Love it - I would've gone more magic-y with the bridge, personally, but it's great as a terrain piece.

If you're unable to acquire insulation foam or hard board, foam posterboard can be acquired from many dollar stores or grocery stores. This material can be an adequate substitute, and is a common material for newbie crafters. You can cut them into small pieces, or etch patterns into them with knives or writing implements. And they can be stacked multiple layers deep, for thiccness.

Nice, what do you use for priming them black?

I use some Vallejo airbrush primer, but any paint on black primer should do the job just fine!
