    Stone ruins aside, the goop and greenery creations and applications are eye-opening to me for basing!

    Nice ruins, but the bases are way too thick. I woukd have used 3 or 5mm MDF or foam core at the thickest. But good video and nice job on the coloring and flicking. Keep up the great work. 👍

    Instead of rocks and stones in the coffee can, use all those screws, bolts, and nuts you have kicking around. Less dust and they don't wear out. Big magnet to seperate the foam from the screws. Done. Much cleaner and easier than rocks.

      Oh wow! big chonky dry wall screws might even add some extra gouges and roughage.

    I would have made them lower the height for the "floor" of them a bit. But I also did not think of the height variation this gives! well done!

    Looking great, well done ☺️👍 I have a couple of questions, i'd like to know what gaming mats do you use for frostgrave? Did you make your own trees, and would you care to do a tutorial on that? Many thanks.

    • @DiceChatter
      @DiceChatter  Рік тому

      The Mats: check out Skirmish Mats. I have a discount code (DICECHATTER), 10% off if you purchase anything for those nice guys.
      For the trees, some are 3D printed, while the skinny spindly ones are crafted. Older vid, but should do the job. ua-cam.com/video/u9oZLOG2m1s/v-deo.html

      Here is an option from amazon. www.amazon.com/Owens-Corning-Pink-Insulation-Thick/dp/B074VPZ8SS

      I’d try any packaging foam. It may not work 100%, but should get the job done.
