That was very good. Little, or not so little issues that I'm learning for the first time. Getting a good lawyer like you would make the difference between freedom, or years in prison.
Very interesting talk. We have been dealing with Queensland Child Safety and the pattern is very much the same. The case for the prosecution has fallen apart in the last couple of months and it has taken a year to reach this point.
It can be hard though. People naturally want to 'resolve' threats to liberty and security quickly.
