I've never thought of putting raw eggs in a piping bag, but I don't know why it wouldn't work. The piping tip is entirely superfluous, though. I decorate cakes on my channel and can attest that you don't need a piping tip with anything that doesn't hold its shape when in the piping bag.

The itsy bitty miniature omelets are delectable. Just another idea on making eggs for my toolbox. I could fill them with crudo prosciutto, and brunoise caramelized onions, with avocado puree, for impressing a new date, I have convinced to come home with me, under the pretext of I'll cook for you. "Come into my lair...said the spider to the fly" I won't tell her however that I wish to feed and cook for her for life. Don't want to have her bolt out yet. Slow and sure is best. Who said that men are the only one's that can be led by their stomachs. 😁
The oily omelet...mmmm. Cooked in butter, instead of oil! Yesss! Now toss it over white rice. 😋
