I haven’t been able to get it all in yet, and so looking at the video has been helpful as to a better technique.👍
Something about Gel bags nowadays that surpasses the filler bags. Alot more sturdy, alot more unforgiving if you angle wrong but alot more satisfying when you connect. But each to their own.

I filled a long Thai bag mate with old cloth and clothes but stuffed it in 3 sections. When I put one in I would put 25kg plates on top and leave for a night or 2 before doing the next. It’s was solid after that 👌🏼

I’m asking as I know Rocky was literally like a rock, but boxers don’t seem to have bags as heavy. Is it likely to injure most boxers? Thanks
I filled mine with old rolls of carpet, now I need to doubly wrap my wrists and fists to make sure I don't have to ring up work sick with broken hands the next day lol 👊👊🤕🤕
Is that how you fill a heavy bag? I filled my up with actual sand bought from b and q. No wonder it doesn't feel like any other heavy bag I've punched before 😂. My wrists are agony and I think I might have broken a few of my knuckles. However, I've been powering through. No word of a lie either. Genuinely have been punching this compacted sand for years now. 😂.
