Really enjoy your videos. Spent a lot of time backpacking over the years. Mostly in the Sierras. Gonna have to get out to some of the locations you have shot. Loved that you play CRIBBAGE ! Gotta find a travel set like that. =-) Well done. Thanks
Thanks Jim! My Dad was an outward bound instructor in the Sierras once upon a time. You can order my cribbage set through compass goods a local company hear in Boise. thecompassgoods.com it’s pretty expensive but they’re made by hand and I’ve used this thing a TON and don’t treat it well 😂 I just throw it in my bag and forget it. Had it two years now and not a thing is ripped or coming apart yet.
Thanks Eventyrsoren! This is the cool thing about UA-cam, we can share the places we live and love with others. I got to visit the fjord in your video, and you got to visit Box Lake in mine!
Nicole and I hiked this one while living in Idaho and yes the title fits it lol it was hard but worth every step. Don't forget to bring a pole for rainbow trout!!
Another great video, but sadly the last backpacking video of the year. I think you lost your PG-13 rating between the F Bomb and what looked like Bret watering the wildflowers just before arrival at the lake. I might be wrong about Bret taking a leak, so be sure to let me know. Either way, an awesome video and great conclusion to your backpacking series. Well Done! 👏. Oh, yeah. I/you just motivated my friend, who is an aviation nut, to hike to Loon Lake next year by having him watch your last video. We will plan a backpacking trip for next year.
I do have one more backpacking/hiking video before next year. I shot it between this series and the Sawtooth series. It'll come out next week and then we're onto hot springs in Eastern Idaho and then winter content.

Beautiful.
Thank you! Cheers! 🍻
I don't know who added the subtitles or why they're there, but I am really grateful for them.
That's great to hear! Ya I add subtitles to every video (not the livestreams)

The beach looked so peaceful. I am really glad that I discovered your videos.❤
Thanks Chrystalynn! It was super peaceful. Who says Idaho doesn't have beaches.
