I went to a mastermind event in the DR recently and stayed at the Villa Toscano, which is the second largest house in the entire country!
I give you a tour and all about the details of the house! The main floor is for entertaining, the top floors are where the bedrooms are, and the lowest floor is where hired assistant, chefs, etc stay!

We don’t say in the Dominican. We said DR . In Dr you don’t pay property taxes

If i understand correctly i believe the US cut a deal with the US government where they report any property you own there… the US then charges you taxes for said property

You pay 1 percent a year, before the first 120k usd its tax free. In punta cana is 15 years tax free
