I love Dominican Republic 🇩🇴
I have to admit being from Panama that is hard to say it, but truly "Qisquella" (DR) is "La Bella"😉
🫶🏽
Gracias por tu nobleza en expresar eso de Quisqueya la bella. 💯🇩🇴👏
Thank you for showing Dominican Republic is a lot more than just beaches. Dominican Republic has it all.
Imagine a world where all people can enjoy life's unique visuals and sounds and smells and not have to worry about the anxieties of working 50 hours a week just to pay bills. You guys deserve the life you've made. I'm happy for you both.❤
You do realize that both Chris and Carol do have full timej jobs as cintent creators. What we are seeing is a highy edited version of their travels and life. What thru dont dont show us is the countless hours spent editing their video footage and researching what places to to visit, mapping ouf thrir itineraries, where to stay at, etc. That's why every so often they take several days off just to relax and recover from it all.
@@rjhemedes I believe his point is about being stuck in a soulless 9-5, sleep eat work repeat. Chris and Carol are working while living. Most 9-5's wageslaves are working 50 weeks a year to live 2 weeks.
@@net2dev Many people can do what Chris & Carol do for a living, but its really a lot of work behind the scenes which is why many UA-camrs eventually get burned out. I have fantasized about being a UA-camr and doing travel videos and such, when you do the actual research of what it requires to be a successful digital nomad, its rather exhausting. What I do is this: I have a Mon to Friday office job. One weekends, I try my best to be a tourist where I live in Southern California. The money I save up from work I spend on traveling 5 weeks per year to other countries/states to explore. Activities like strawberry and raspberry picking - I am lucky enough that where I live there strawberry and raspberry and blackberry and blueberry farms just an hour or so away from where I live. Plus there are a wide variety of restaurants, museums, points of interest that I can drive to within LA or doing a day (weekend) trip to Santa Barbara, San Diego, Palm Springs and even Las Vegas. Life is what you make out of it. Most of us can't just travel almost non-stop like Chris and Carol do, but we can always be tourists on weekends where we live, especially if we live in city that has a lot to offer to residents and tourists alike. Live your life as a resident tourist and life will always be an adventure.
Hermanos, cuántas bellezas🎉🎉🎉
@@rjhemedes Don't think OP was being sarcastic nor negative.
The more you discover in the DR. The more you love it. It’s such a beautiful country with tons of beautiful water falls and rivers, beautiful beaches, mountains, etc. by the way the drone shots are amazing.
I’m Dominican and still falling in love with my own country!
The Dominican Republic is a beautiful paradise, I saw a photograph coffee table book on Amazon about this country full of beautiful photos and is gorgeous!
Thank you for sharing such an amazing place. I’ve been to Punta Cana twice but did not know that the DR had such beautiful mountain areas. Makes me want to go 😊
Oh the DR! 😀 This was such a fun day you guys 🤗 Miss you already
the view of the cloudy valley was priceless, and the waterfall wow! great adventures🥰
What an awesome video! I had planned to visit just the beach in the DR, but now I want to go to this special place, too! Absolutely breathtaking scenery! Love the small village feel, and especially LOVE the strawberry & raspberry farm you visited. Thanks for sharing!❣
You have arrived in a fairyland-like place again. I doubt whether you are an angel from heaven!
Maybe you have a pair of invisible wings, who knows? The clouds surrounding the town are so beautiful!
You chose my favorite meals again this episode. If I have the opportunity to travel with you in the future, I will definitely ask you to order for me!
The strawberry hot tea looks amazing. It’s the first time I’ve seen hot tea made with fresh strawberries. I really want to have a cup!
DOMINICAN is so beautiful, far beyond expectations. I am curious whether it would be more beautiful in summer?
It’s so beautiful and wonderful to see the world through your channel! Thank you for taking us to visit DOMINICAN, super great job!
Take care! Happy travels & Happy holidays & Happy New Year! 👍🥰🙌🎉
Mind Boggling clouds over the city. Beautiful waterfalls like Maui. Strawberry farms Nice! Great Place to Be. 😊
That strawberry tour was way too expensive, guys. Next time in Constanza visit Fresas Ariyama for strawberry handpicking, strawberry juice, and a very nice garden for pictures. Constanza also has a 'pyramid' and a site with Taino petroglyphs. It also has very good local restaurants with tasty food because that little town is our major producer of vegetables in the country.
We spent our honeymoon in the DR 20 years ago but never saw it like you guys are experiencing. We stayed at Casa de Campo and never left. A pity.
What do you mean too high for the Caribbean? Pico Duarte in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 is over 3,000 meters. The Blue Mountain ⛰️ Peak in Jamaica is well over 2,000 meters with freezing 🥶 temperatures during the winter months. The Caribbean Islands 🏝 are very diverse in topography...🤔
The cloud view is WOW!!
Yes, this is so amazing to see another side of Dominican Republic most tourist overlook. I'm enjoying the drone shots of waterfalls, foggy areas and tropical forest views. So surprised to see Delightful Travelers still joining your trek around there and they are a delightful addition to your videos with interesting insights/information on various areas you visit. Keep up the good work, you made my day.
I’m moving back to my island soon 🤞🏼 I live in the States since 2010 and I’m a US citizen. I’m thankful for everything this Country has offered me, but I’m so ready to move back to my land. I cant stand the anxiety of this country, the pressure is too much. I’m selling my house and cars and buying one in DR close to the beach. I miss the organic food, the feeling of freedom and zero worries. 🤍Constanza is beautiful and it also gets light snow sometimes by the way… fresh strawberries and grapes. I will be visiting Constanza as soon as I move back, but I think I’ll be living in Punta Cana or some other Province close to the beach 🤍 I’m glad you’re enjoying your stay in my beautiful island 🇩🇴
Likewise ❤
Me too after 35 years of rushing and crazyness. lol
Great we need more of the diaspora to come back, we are being taken over and there is a silent genocide going on that no ones cares about oir history is being destroyed and rewritten. Please of your dominican come back and spread the word. The vende patria types can stay in the u.s.
DR is not an island per se.
This is why our moto is “Republica Dominicana lo tiene todo” “Dominican Reublic has it all”.
You guys should definitely visit the Dunes of Bani and Lake Enriquillo.
Edit: awwww man i was enjoying your DR vids
My beautiful country ! Thank you 👍🇩🇴
Looking forward to more discovery around the Caribbean
Take Care
Sabrina 🇫🇷🇬🇧
I am sitting at home in cold Russia, Saint-Petersburg. It's freezing cold🥶. And only your video make me warm. Thank you! 😊
I’m Dominican and had the chance to visit Saint Petersburg last year and loved it. Cheers from this part of the world friend
Definitely amazing! Been to D.R. numerous times over the years , and never been to those locations. Will put them on my bucket list for the next visit. Thanks for sharing!
Meu Deus do Ceu 🥰. Um lugar maravilhoso!!! Bênçãos!!!
My country is one of the most beautiful on the planet no doubt. 😍
Gracias por visitar y disfrutar de todas la belleza de mi país republica Dominicana 🎉🎉🎉
I am dominican, thanks for visit our country. I hope you return again.
BRAVO ❤ to you both for actually going around this beautiful county and not sticking to one area. I lived and worked there for 7 years and I haven't even seen it all! Next time in Jarabacoa do some amazing white water rafting, and actual swimming in the Damajagua falls! Looking forward to the next video!!
i be your tourist guy
Cosntaza es bello precioso y lo mejor de todo es el clima 😊es lo que más nos gustas a los Dominicanos
Love this entire Dominican Republic series. You two visited a lot of neat places and the accommodations were awesome.
Nothing like DR. It has it all.
I am glad you visited the mountains. There are many other places to see in the mountains chains as well. The Dominican Republic not only has the highest mountains, but also the lowest point in the Caribbean lake in Ricky more than 40 m below sea level is the biggest lake in the Caribbean islands. Hope you return to Santiago some other time and enjoy the city as well.
Man you gotta love all this free marketing the DR gets. I Love Constanza ❤ My fam is from Santiago, the next big thing in Latin America.
Wow…,thanks for showing parts of the world that I truly knew nothing about. Greetings from Australia
Este país lo tiene todo !, saludos y bendiciones
They were in the highest plateau of the Antilles, between the central mountain range. There the temperature drops to minus 4 in December and January.
I highly recommend Villa Pajon Ecolodge in Valle Nuevo National Park near Constanza. There is also La Pirámide that you should check out in Valle Nuevo.
What a Beautiful view to wake up to seeing the clouds or fog hanging over the valley the drone video of the valley and the waterfalls was Amazing. The time in the DR went by to fast looking forward to more Adventures 🙂👍❤
Wow the mountains of Dominican Republic.
Costanza reminds me of Baguio in the Phillipines where the residents of Manila go to escape the tropical heat. Like Constanza, Baguio tends to be cloudy at times and they also grow strawberries there.
In Indonesia,there Puncak Pass.
Amazing views! Would have never guessed the DR! you guys find some great places to stay!
Carol & Chris:I wish you guys safe journeys & good luck always in Dominican Republic for more new videos to be releases in this amazing Caribbean country in 2023-2024❤❤❤
a beautiful place, full of peace and far from problems and crazy life. I feel that if you spend time there it fills you with life and you see the world in a different way.
Bohemia Is my favorite beer and presidente Is my second choice. Very nice video I was there in contanza
5 years ago.I had a great time

I am so glad you visited Constanza
I must say I had no idea such a beautiful area in Dominican Republic existed & I missed it during my travels. I always love your cinema photography & fantastic choice of music to accompany your videos. This is 1st I've seen of Delightful travelers but they are smart cookies with handy knowledge & a chill vibe.
Que bueno que muestran lo lindo de mi pais🇩🇴🇩🇴soy de san francisco de macoris la tierra del cacao y del arroz y tambien la tierra de porfirio rubiroza el unico pleyboy dominicano
Beautiful scenery!Beautiful people!
Your videos are the best 👌. Thanks for showing a different side of DR
It looks like that in the San Bernardino mountains all the time. Beautiful! ♥️
Republica dominicana lo tiene todo ❤
Chris & Carol:Congratulations to you guys for your new remarkable video today’s from Constanza, Dominican Republic to shows these amazing places in December of 2023❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing all the beautiful views and interesting day trips. Really neat to see these other areas. Was surprised at how modern Santiago looked. I think it was definitely a benefit that you two can speak Spanish especially when traveling around. Looking forward to your thoughts on the Virgin Islands. Safe travels
Mi pais es bello
0:58- Beautiful carpet of clouds beneath the mountains in the Dominican Republic!
Actually, I've seen that in the mountains of the Basque Country and Santander near the Cantabrian Sea. Every morning the sea mist will rise up from the craggy coastlineto the all the neighboring mountains and valleys- coating all the plants with morning dew as the sun rises and the clouds head for the sky! Consider that if you decide to travel to the northern part of Spain where it looks more like Ireland the closer to the coastline!
Thanks for sharing your experience with the Domincan Republic! Any chance of going to the capital city of Santo Domingo?
Somos algo así como un pequeño Continente
Thank you Chris & Carol for all the great adventures this year, I’m looking forward to traveling with you in 2024! You two feel like family ❤️🏡🌍!!!!
Welcome back to DR, glad to see you guys enjoying what our beautiful island has to offer. If you thought that Aguas Blanca was nice try Rio Partido next and you'll be blown away with it natural beauty.
Man, welcome to one of the most beautiful places in the world, REPUBLICA DOMINICANA!!
Always great stories Chris and Carol
I agree, Sicily is utterly stunning, especially Taormina and Ortigia❤. And the food...😲
Excelent vídeo, congratulation, i'm dominican
Gracias por promover la belleza de mi ciudad natal 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
This is our little piece of heaven on earth..im glad you guys enjoyed it! 🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴 republica dominicana lo tiene todo( Dominican republic has it all).
Fun fact:
Here is where the jews settled when they were scaping from hitler during the war in 1945........ They wanted cooler weather because the rest of the country is very hot so they choosed constanza. We were the only country that received jews in defiance of germany. Cheers!
Greetings from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷. Here in the island in the center we have a town called Cayey that is covered with clouds during the early mornings just like in your video. You can watch the view from the highway above. Looks amazing 👍🎄
Went to Constanza and Jarabacoa with my wife, i was born and raised in Santiago, but live in New York. I did not know about that nice waterfall, next time!
They grow lots of garlic in Constanza too, fresh air is amazing.
I Love Constanza 🤩😍
RD 🇩🇴🇩🇴 lo tiene todo ,playas ,rios ,montañas,mujres bellas ..ect.ect.ect..🇩🇴🇩🇴😁👍

You missed Cabrera, most beautiful place I’ve ever seen… Thank you guys… ❤️🙏
Dominican republic IS a micro continent in the caribe
Love too see DR in the near future❤, Awesome videos as always👍😊
WOW!!! The drone shots are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Constanza registered -7c a few days ago. But of course it’s only at certain hours of the days.
Not in Constanza town though. Valle Nuevo does. Constanza is not as high.
@@nydomirican6193 correct!
Thanks guys for coming to the DR 🇩🇴🇩🇴🇩🇴🥹 I’m ur video from Hong Kong 😊
Wonderful drone shots at altitude. The DR scenery really surprises me through your videos. The Caribean is awesome. Thanks for sharing.💯👍
Very beautiful 😊👍
Brilliant video the mountains and waterfalls look fantastic.
Amazing shots of the cloud inversion. ❤
Im glad you guys love it, please come back soon!
El mejor video , gracias por visitar nuestro país 😄
You need hot weather and high mountains with forest to get that kind of clouds. In São Tomé e Principe it's like that almost everyday, the peak of São Tomé ( not to be mistaken with the peak Cão Grande - 600 meters high ) is 2000 meters high in such a small tropical island, that it is like a greenhouse. When you go up the big mountain, as soon as you pass the "city" of Trindade you start driving within the clouds. From the capital, at sea level, if you look to pico de São Tomé, you will almost see it covered in clouds, sometimes here and there the sky is open, but not very often.
Also in Portugal, the island of Madeira and some of the islands in the Azores also have the same view, because the weather is not cold, and the islands have lots of vegetation and altitude. You should visit São Tomé e Principe someday, you'll fall in love immediately!!
We told y'all!! Punta Cana is just the tip of the iceberg... This Island is blessed with 3 different types of weather! And there's so much more to develop. There are places even more impressive, but there are no roads or infrastructure, so tourists normally won't even know they exist.
There is infrastructure, not on a large scale but if there is, the fact is that they are not highly promoted
We went to a couple of waterfalls somewhere past Cabarete, where kids jumped into the water below. Then they came for money, which we gave.
@@Adonias. I meant that there are beautiful places yet to be exploited, and they won't be exploited because there are no roads, bridges, etc., to have easy access to them. I was on a beach on the south side of the island. I swear it's better than any beach in Punta Cana, but to get there, we had to walk almost an hour in the hot sand. Nobody, unless they like that kind of place, will put him/herself through 1 hour of walking. Not even locals were there.
@@geogmz8277There are many places like that. Beaches never get crowded because there’s plenty and beach weather year round. We don’t need tourists in every corner of our country. It’s great the way it is now. Did you hear about the new cruise stop in Pedernales? That place sounds like what you are describing.
@@roamingmompreneur792 I was precisely thinking on Pedernales when I wrote this, The beach I was referring to is Bahia De Las Águilas... I know it is not exactly that you need to walk 1 hour but you either take a boat or off road vehicle but either way you'll be walking a bit. It is totally worth the sacrifice but I don't see many foreigners doing that unless the government steps in and starts building roads.
What a beautiful place 😍
One of the Most beautiful spots on DR!
You guys will have to visit Canada in the summer. Especially the Rockie Mountains. You would love it if you love this.
Maybe one day!
Les recomiendo muchas aguas de san Cristóbal es un bosque humedo con un hermoso río, bien frías
Thank you for visiting my town Constanza 🙏
The scale of the rental house on the cliff. Its awesome!!!
a beautiful place 😍
Beautiful! A similar thing happens with the fog in San Francisco. Once you go over the Golden Gate Bridge north or go south towards San Jose it suddenly clears up! :-)))))
Thanks for visiting our country. My mother is from Constanza, and I’m guessing it’s where she gets her calm demeanor, being from there.
You guys want pristine beach?
Bahia de las Aguilas is the place to visit. Some how the south west don't get much love so is very pristine.
They're developing that area and has began construction on 13 new hotels, so now it's the time to get in before they turn it into another punta Cana
Thanks you guys for visit my country. I love it.. god bless you!!
Maravilloso video, gracias por mostrar lo hermoso de nuestro pais.
