Surely someone from the beach can just walk up, and walk in? I’m thinking worse case, a nutter... it’s easily accessible
If you have this kind of money you can build a fence and have monitored cameras/manned security

I get that for marketing purposes, sellers say “Miami Beach” but anything and everything north of Dade Blvd, is its own thing. From North Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles, Aventura ending at Golden Beach. After Fisher Island and the Gables, there’s nothing pricier in all of Florida (YES, I SAID IT!).
Paying 100 million and having to putt 50 million possibly to get it ready to move in ... it is a cool place
For anyone wondering about security. This is golden beach in between Sunny Isles and Hallandale beach. Yes the home is off of A1A but traffic is heavily restricted with speeds so it’s not loud at all. The roads are also built for major traffic to not even drive through the area. Usually it’s locals that drive through the golden beach area. Golden beach has its own police and believe me they don’t play around with stoping anything that seems a security threat for the residents of the area. Second the homes are actually set off the road quite a lot so that there is not much road noise that reaches the homes. Third of all anyone saying oh people will walk on the beach. Yes and no. The beaches are secured once again by golden beach police at the entry and exit points of golden beach. So it is not open to the public. 4th the camera does not properly show ever how big these lots of land are and the space between things.
How much will it be worth after the crash?

It’s a gorgeous property. But, this house needs way more of a kitchen and pantry. That simply isn’t enough cooking or storage in the drawings.

This indeed an opportunity of a lifetime. Only drawback is no privacy or gate to the beach. If I'm buying this for 100Mill and putting 20 mill in renovation or construction I will need it to be gated for security and privacy purposes

I would buy it in a heartbeat just because of the direct access to the beach. Incredible property and location, but even better is the opportunity to create something personal. I would def add a tennis court. I cannot wait to see this property finished.
This is one of if not the greatest listings so far, from the massive size to the beautiful home..room for escalated choice of renovations and add-ups.. filled with energetic atmosphere, airy enough for luxurious goosebumps and real life beach feeling.
But the level of security and privacy should be checkmated cause it is the number one question of a buyer!

So...there is a public beach right outside the house, so people can basicaly walk straight up to your house? Having spent a lot of time personally and for business in that area......I swear that house has a familiar feel. I swear the front has been feature in photo shoots for Designer names ranging from couture..cosmetics....perfurme...and maybe even a luxury auto advert or two.......House is spectacular.......blessings on closing that property.

$100m is way too much for this place. I'd not go higher then $20m. You have a non-private beach, you have very little garage space, you can't have any boats behind the house. Yes, it has some size and a good view, but that's it.

Owners bought is for 1.5 million. Its not worth 100 million because you can live in it the way they are selling. Reather buy a new house then have to rebuild a house, this is going to be more like a museum. If someone spent 100 million then house should be brand new completed inside. Why would you spend 100 million on a house that was bought for 1.5 million?
House should be finished before selling for 100 million.
