1) Pitch comes in low and inside. Batter swings and hits the catcher's glove before fouling off the ball. Dead ball is called. Coach yells that since it was a foul ball, that it doesn't matter if it hit the glove. Does the batter get first base?
2) Double play ball back to the pitcher first gets throw to 2nd base for the easy out. The throw to 1st base hits the ground and bounces up to the first baseman. Does he secure the "catch" before the runner touches the base?

Definitely catcher's interference in the first one! 2nd one is a little more difficult but the scoop happened just before the runner touched!
