Best Homemade Bread

  • No doubt, 100% best homemade bread, is baked on the stone. Crunchy crust, soft inside, delicious bread. I don’t buy bread anymore, since I start making this bread recipe. Shape it into a shape that you want. Ingredients:
    • 500ml warm water
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp salt
    • 14 grams dry yeast
    • 1/3 cup oil
    • 700-800 grams bread flour.
    You make once, you’ll start making all the time 😊
    First you’ll prepare the yeast, with water, sugar, yeast and you add flour, to have like pancake looking consistency .
    Let yeast start bubbling, will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on your room temperature .
    Then start adding rest of the ingredients, oil, salt and flour, by adding in portions, continue kneading until dough is soft but not too sticky.
    Put the dough in a bowl, and let it rise, almost double in size.
    Place dough in a oiled working surface, stretching the dough with your hands as much as you can. Fold it few times, doesn’t matter which way, and put the dough back in a bowl again to rest, and double in size. Make sure your environment is warm.
    Place the dough on working surface, this will be the second time now.
    Stretch the dough again, form into a loaf, long or round, place it on floured kitchen towel in a pan. Sprinkle flour on top , cover it with kitchen towel . Let it rise. This will be the last rising time before baking
    While dough rising, put the stone in the oven on 420f for 40 minutes,
    Carefully remove the stone from the oven, pick up the bread dough along with the towel, and carefully place it on the stone. ( watch the process how I did that) bake at 400 f for 1 hour until golden brown
