Welcome to the North East with one of my all time favourite operators Go North East! Since our last visit they've been doing a lot of work and in this video we take a look at the upgrades that have taken place to the key corridor X66 Metrocentre Shuttle between the shopping centre and Gateshead Interchange. This route has been upgraded from Streetlites to B7RLE Eclipses and we assess these by taking a spin on the bus route, additionally discussing the interesting history of vehicles that have operated this route.
